Pastor Ayo and Mercy Adun started the Millennium Christian Ministry, The Father’s House on God’s instruction on the 6th of June 2010 in their living room in Lokoja, kogi State, Nigeria with a few People. While in the UK on a church planting assignment for his grooming Church, Pastor Ayo got an express instruction from God asking him to return to Lokoja , (Kogi state, Nigeria)to change the face of
the gospel and social life of the people. In the midst of the comfort and the blooming prospect of the ministry assignment, it was difficult for him to make up his mind to heed God’s clear instruction and return home, hoping that God would change His instruction and allow him remain in the UK. On the 4th of July 2010, the church moved to its present location on Nature Garden Road, off Ganaja Road, in Lokoja, Kogi state, Nigeria. A site that was once a park stocked with assorted game lives, where services held in gigantic tents and within 3years of its existence God has blessed the work with a colossal church building and also the acquisition of surrounding lands for eminent increase. God in His faithfulness has used the varying difficult and turbulent times in the life of Pastor Ayo and the ministry’s to build for Himself an enduring family.
