God created us for a purpose. He knows the end from the beginning which has been settled before the world began.
Note:
i. God has a time table for everything and a set time for everything.
ii. God created us for a purpose and itโ€™s for a good purpose
iii. God has the power to change proclamation, Just like He did in the life of Peter; may also decide not to change it just like the story of Judas Iscariot.

*KEY POINT*
1. In Psalm 109:8 it was recorded that someone will betray Jesus. But through the help of Jesus, Peter was able to escape it, unlike Judas Iscariot who didnโ€™t receive the help of Jesus. John 13:26-31
2. In book of Jeremiah 29:11 the scripture make us to understand that God created us for a purpose. It's doesn't matter what we are doing now. For instance, 2 King 5:1-19 the story of Naaman and the slave girl. Through the help of the slave girl, the Glory of God was able to spread to Syria.
3. If someone is created to do something great for God. The devil will move in to disturb the flow. Most time, he comes in a form of killing, stealing, or destroying.
4. In the book of Mark 5:2-19, we see the mad man of Gadaraness who was meant to proclaim the gospel of God. But the devil afflict him with unclean spirit instead. Until Jesus step in and healed him. From then, he became an Evangelism for God.

*PRACTICAL EXAMPLES OF PEOPLE WHO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION*
1. The story of a young man who liked to play the saxophone, and was enticed by a great overseas offer from another church with a substantial salary, but the young boy decided to reject the offer and stay. Now he has become a great man because he understands his purpose.
2. There is also a young man I asked whether he would be my son or remain a driver. Despite many interesting offers around him, he chose to stay even though his beginning was small. Today, he has become a great man because of his decision.
*Note:* The decision you make matters in life, whether you are going to fulfil your great purpose or not. Choose wisely.

WHAT TO DO TO MAKE PROGRESS IN A FAMILY

1. Be in unity. (Psalms 133:1): if a family works in confusion such a family cannot make progress.
2. Be kind to one another. (Romans 12:10)
3. Be active in the church, work for God. (Colossians 3:23).
4. By touching people's lives: By making positive impacts in people's lives (Acts 9:36).
5. Intercede for your neighbor; pray for on behalf of others (Romans 8:26-27).
