LIGHT UP MY DAY PODCAST
Today’s Word & Prayers
TOPIC: APPRECIATE YOUR MAKER (GOD)
Opening Scripture:
“It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O Most High.”
— Psalm 92:1
Today’s Word
To appreciate your Maker is to acknowledge God as the source of your life, strength, provision, and destiny. Appreciation is more than saying “thank You”; it is a lifestyle of gratitude, humility, and obedience.
Many people focus on what they lack and forget what they already have. But when you appreciate God, your eyes open to His daily mercies—breath in your lungs, food on your table, protection you didn’t pray about, and battles you never knew you escaped.
Gratitude attracts increase.
Complaining blocks blessings. Appreciation invites God’s presence. The more you thank Him, the more you see His hand at work in your life.
Today, pause. Reflect. Appreciate your Maker—not just for what He has done, but for who He is.
Key Thought:
👉 Those who appreciate God never run out of reasons to praise Him.
