WHEN YOU'RE INVITED TO PREACH, TAKE NOTE OF THESE 5 THINGS

There are 5 important ethics when you're invited as a guest minister. Here they are:

1. Go through the photos or videos before publishing

Sometime ago, a man of God was conducting deliverance on YouTube and the sister's breast touched him. One of the satanic media houses took that video, edited and published it to make money. Also, mind what you say in public.

2. Don't give out your phone number or receive gifts directly:

It is possible that after ministering, people meet you for your contact. Let them collect it through your host. Your host can even tell you if that fellow who wants your number is genuine or not. Some of these things end in seduction. Gifts should also be received through your host. He/She must be aware.

3. Don't lay hands on your host publicly, unless he is your son or he asked for it

Show your host some respect. That he invited you doesn't mean you are automatically his superior or you are now more Anointed than he is. You are simply making his sheep not to believe in Him as their shepherd. Have reverence for your host.

4. Don't fight the doctrine, reveal Christ

For example, you know this ministry doesn't allow trousers, do not go there talking about trousers. Some ministries don't believe in tithing, prophesying, etc. Do not destroy what a man has been building. Simply reveal Christ, which is the goal. If you're not satisfied with their doctrine, better not go there at all.

5. Don't go without adequate preparation

Prepare in prayer and the word. Spend time with God. Even on the journey, you can have earphones on, praying softly in the Spirit or charging your inner man. Represent God well.

The devil is not intimidated by your talent or platform.

He is intimidated by a man or woman who has laid all of it down before God, because that is the moment true power is released.

Talent alone has never been what shakes the kingdom of darkness. What terrifies hell is not what is in your hand. It is what has taken over your heart.

There is a difference between men who use their gift to be known and men who yield their gift so that God is known.

When a man submits fully to the God who gave the gift, that gift stops being a performance and becomes a weapon.

Surrender your gifts, talents and life to God for His use!

This could be why your ministry lacks favour.

Favour needs an address, a location, an impact and structure. Give it a place to land.

Favour doesn’t just fall randomly. It looks for structure. Favour with men is not just spiritual, it is strategic.

You can be gifted and still be ignored, not because you're not valuable, but because your impact has no structure.

Brand your impact. Structure your calling. Package your excellence.

David was anointed in the secret, but he was recommended to the palace because someone saw his skill.

Favour needs a place to land, give it one. Let your destiny be accessible. Oil flows, but it only settles where there is room created for it.

*LET'S TALK ABOUT CHURCH POLITICS.*

What's happening in some churches is worst than what's happening between APC, NDC and ADC.

Two pastors can be fighting in the same church and there's a faction. Then, people get marginalized in the same church.

Some pastors bribe their way to better positions. It is no longer about spirituality, hardwork and qualification. It is now about who I like or who sees me, even if it means the person is not serious or has no track record of integrity.

Nothing finishes the fire in a ministry like backbiting and gossips. Where a pastor visits people just to talk and plan the downfall of another pastor in the same ministry.

Politics ends the fire in the church. It k!lls the faith of new believers. It impedes the future progress of a ministry. We have to put an end to it!

Sometimes, this majority-carries-the-vote is a problem. It doesn't work everywhere. We must be led by the Holy Spirit in our decisions in the church!
