WHAT IS HAPPENING IN NORTHERN NIGERIA IS AN ATTACK ON THE BODY OF CHRIST
Children of God,
There comes a time when silence becomes sinful.
A time when the Church must rise and speak with the fire of prophets, not the diplomacy of politicians.
Northern Nigeria has reached that point.
For too long, the blood of Christians has cried from the ground — from Plateau to Benue, from Southern Kaduna to Taraba, from Borno to Adamawa. Entire families wiped out simply because they profess Christ. Churches burned. Pastors slaughtered. Villages overrun by men whose hatred is fueled by a radicalized religious agenda.
Let truth be spoken clearly:
These attacks are not random.
They are not accidental.
They are not “clashes.”
They are a deliberate assault on Christians.
This is persecution — intentional, sustained, strategic, and evil.
The Scriptures warned us:
“The time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.” — John 16:2
And that is exactly what is happening.
Groups driven by extremist Islamic ideology believe Christians should be erased from their ancestral lands.
Their actions confirm their intentions.
Their silence confirms their agreement.
And the inaction of authorities strengthens their boldness.
But hear me by the Spirit of God:
The Church of Christ is not an orphan.
Heaven is not sleeping.
The God who answered Elijah by fire will arise.
The Word of the Lord says:
“For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the Lord.” — Psalm 12:5
And arise He will.
To every believer grieving, terrified, or displaced — know this:
🔥 Your blood is precious.
🔥 Your tears are counted.
🔥 Your cries have entered the throne room of Heaven.
Every life taken in Northern Nigeria is a seed that will speak judgment.
Every burning church is a testimony before God.
Every persecuted Christian is a witness against the wicked.
And I declare prophetically:
Those who shed innocent blood will not escape the sword of God.
Their sponsors will be exposed.
Their networks will crumble.
Their strength will fail.
Their plans will scatter seven ways before the Lord.
We pray:
O God, arise!
Defend Your children!
