Dear God,
When anxiety besets my heart, I implore You to grant me Your peace. Calm the turmoil within me and stabilize my spirit. Enable me to fix my gaze on You, rather than on the worries that surround me. Remind me of Your unwavering faithfulness and that nothing I face surpasses Your power or care. "When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy." (Psalm 94:19)

Fill my heart with calm confidence, born of trusting in Your promises. Replace my fear with faith and my restlessness with Your perfect peace. Guide me through this day with a heart anchored in Your love and a mind focused on Your truth.
