The reason many people fail in ministry cause they allow people to talk them out of their calling, and they end up running the ministry of men and no more of the Holy Spirit. God said to Moses build according to the pattern which I showed YOU. If you want to listen to everybody to run your calling, then you don't have a calling. We may be called into the ministry preaching but we may not be called into the same felid take note!
