Just as your body needs food to be physically strong, your spirit needs spiritual nourishment.

The Word of God, prayer, and fasting are important parts of feeding and strengthening our spirit.

We cannot expect to remain spiritually strong while neglecting the things that nourish our relationship with God.

Make spiritual nourishment a priority 🙏🏽

To walk through life's journey, you need strength, both spiritual and physical.

There will be moments that require spiritual strength to stand firm through challenges and confrontations. And there are also assignments, ideas, and purposes God places in our hearts that require the physical strength to bring them into reality.

Taking care of your spiritual and physical capacity matters.

What we choose to focus on can shape how we experience life.

When negative thoughts begin to fill our hearts, we can intentionally choose to focus on the good around us and cultivate an attitude of joy.

This doesn't mean pretending that challenges don't exist. It means refusing to let negativity have the final say over our outlook.

Praise should be more than something we do in church. It should become a lifestyle. 🙏🏽

To rejoice in the Lord is to continually give Him praise, regardless of the season we're in.

As we make praise a consistent part of our lives, we cultivate and nurture the seed of joy within us.
