TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2017.

YOU ARE A STEWARD

Read: LUKE 12:42-43.

And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Luke 12v42-43

Who is a steward? A steward is a manager of another’s man’s property and financial affairs. He has the power of attorney to act on behalf of the person that put him as a steward. He is the person in charge of
another’s household. He is a caretaker of another person’s property. He is not the owner but he has the right to act on behalf of the owner in all things. You must realize that you are a steward of God. You do not have ownership of anything but stewardship of it. God is the owner of all things and whatever you have was entrusted to you by Him for His own use.

And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD. Job 1v21

Take note of the following;
You are not your own. You belong to God and that includes all that you possess. You came with nothing and you will go will nothing when you leave this earth. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 1 timothy 6v7. No matter what you have acquired, in death you will leave them all here. This is a very humbling, sobering reality.

Everything you have you received. For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it? 1 Corth 4: 7.

What you do not use you will soon lose. Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. Matthew 25:8. God takes away from us that thing He gave us that we are not utilizing for His profit. Start using your time, money, talents, and Spiritual gifts to serve God. A steward today will be a ruler tomorrow.

Prayer:
Lord I repent from any way I have not managed your resources well. I repent of wasting your investments in my life. Today I make a fresh commitment to begin to utilize all that you have given me effectively for your profit. Thank you for you are a merciful God and the God of a second chance.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2017.

POWER TO MAKE WEALTH.

READ: DEUT. 8:18.

BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Deuteronomy 16 – 19.

" But thou shall remember the Lord thy God: for it is He that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swear unto thy fathers, as it is this day" -Deut 8:18

Poverty is not necessarily the absence of money from your pocket. When a man cannot create value that solves problem, then he is really poor. Money is a reward for solving problem(s).

Genuine wealth is intangible, and portable. To be successful in life, you need the invisible force that produces wealth. There is a force/spirit that enables the power and ability to create value, possess value and translate value to cash: value that is well packaged, and solves problem that is worth paying for. Cars, houses, and all sleek things are just result or physical evidence of the state of a wealthy man.

Rex visited a friend of his sometimes ago, on the lintel of the door to the entrance of his room, there was termite building. Rex called the attention of his friend to it, and he broke it down. Just before the dawn of the following morning everything was erected again. "That was when Deut 8:18 became alive to him". Rex said. So you see! To stop and destroy the termite's building is to destroy them all. Why? It is because they all possess within them the ability to build termite edifice. They will rebuild again as many times you break down the building.

God has given you what it takes to make wealth. This is part of the covenant advantage which we have over unbelievers. It will be unjust for you to waste that power and remain in poverty.

Confession/Action :
Father I thank you for the power to make wealth which you have given to me.

Don't limit God (Psalm 78)

"Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable."

Our understanding of the scriptures defines how we view God because He reveals himself to us through His Word.

The extent to which we can manifest is dependent on our perspective of God.

Unbelief limits the power of God "He could do no miracle there except that He laid His hands upon a few sick people and healed them." (Mark 6:5)
