Concerning Abel Damina and his revelations....

Sometimes, the source is more important than the message.

I worshipped in Damina's church for almost one year in 2012 while living in Uyo. I didn't like his so much emphasis on money then.

In his church, only people who pay tithe take communion. I knew better because of my background. I didn't ever try to start talking about it online or so. I know how to receive the good teaching and seive out the chaff. That's how love works in Christianity. Nobody used him as topic. Everyone minded their business and let the worshippers choose what they prefer.

Revelation is progressive. If you are the first to catch one, don't push it down the throat of others. Allow them marinate with what they have and what you teach in love not spite.

All his messages trying to expose or correct does not happen without mocking one or two persons who he feels are in error.

The bad thing about that kind of general mockery without specifics, you give the public the very fabric to castigate or pull anyone they seem not to agree with under the tent.

Nevertheless, he is not the first preacher to be radical in his approach. Chris Onayinka taught him. As of 2015 and there about, Pst. Chris was the hottest and most attractive of them all doing exactly what Damina is doing now. Damina hosted him a lot but today he has lost most of his ardent disciples. He's not popular as he used to be. Onayinka is well rounded in bible knowledge than Damina. You can go check him out.

Damina's radical turn began after he went for retreat. According to him. It was the book of Andrew Wommack that lighted him up. Andrew Wommack is still much alive and runs a big ministry in USA yet he is not attacking or spiting anyone. When you listen to him, you feel warmth and love that the Bible teaches.

Creflo Dollar also had similar reawakening. He is almost repreaching all his messages. He is doing so in wisdom not attacking anyone also.

We dont have to agree on doctrines. Christianity is a progressive religion that encourages diverse views but Damina tries to make all believe only his doctrine is the true one.

Trust me, in the next 10 years, you will see another preacher with superior revelation countering him too that he will not even be able to defend. That's the progression of Christianity.

He should learn wisdom from Apostle Paul. Paul once rebuked Peter in public for not accepting fully the gentiles which was against His revelation. I believe he had a lot of opposition in those early days of his spiritual growth but by the time he was approaching the end of his ministry, he advised Timothy never to rebuke elders in public but go in secret to discuss with them on any matter of conflict.

Instead of fostering growth, his sermons are festering suspicion, disrespect and resentment against other preachers unlike him. However terrible those preachers might be to him, they won souls to God. They helped many know God for the first time. At least they got that right. Other things are secondary whether mansion is in heaven or not, tithe or not tithe etc.

Let's give it time, in few years time, you will see how this will end. Trust me. It's a pattern. Daddy Freeze Sheeple movement, how far?

Anyone who has been in ministry for more than 30 years and still standing, respect him. Even if you think he's teaching in error, there is something he knows that is working for him.

Just teach your teach without spiting others. If the new preachers did in 1970s what Damina is doing now, they won't be here today. If you love Damina's teachings, go to his church and be a member. Serve there faithfully and evangelise appropriately. No human is the referee of the church. Jesus is the owner not any man.

When you catch a new revelation, the first thing to do is to practice it and see its efficacy in your life and ministry. You prove it for a long time. See its workings on the lives of your disciples too, then you can go mainstream with it. What I see as Damina's disciples are something like opposition parties not sounding like believers marked mostly by "love" instead it's attention seeking, casting strive, disrespect, divisiveness and more.

Some of the things he is saying now, Pastor Chris has been teaching for years to his church members. Did you see him calling other preacher names for not teaching so. It's a huge turnoff for me to put others down in attempt to lay emphasis no matter what you are teaching. Check Jesus naaaa. Is that how he taught?

We have a generation that loves the spectacular, Damina is giving it to them. Let's see how long his reign will last.

Two days ago I went out intending to give 5 random hawkers 20k each.

The plan was to first buy their products and then pay them plus extra 20k cash.

The first woman I met was at Utako Market.

Immediately I stopped by the ever busy market, the hawkers besieged my car with their products. The lucky woman I picked was selling African Pear in tiny baskets and each basket cost N1,000.

I asked her to give me 5 baskets. Each baskets had less than 10 pieces arranged inside.

Immediately she brought down her tray, I couldn’t see what she was doing from inside the car, so I turned on the car's 360-degree camera.

I watched as she emptied 3 baskets into the nylon bag instead of 5 baskets. She quickly tied the nylon and even raised her head to tell me she added two pieces of pears as Jara and then quickly opened the back door and dropped it there.

Instead of saying anything, I gave her 3k. She told me with an unbelievable audacity that her money was remaining 2k.

I looked at this woman, amazed by how such an old woman could tell such a petty lie with a straight face.

I pointed at the dashboard screen of my car and when she looked, she saw her tray on the ground and her legs. It was at that moment she knew she had f**ked up and she quickly left.

I drove up a little bit and called one of the boys hawking plantains. I pointed at the biggest one in his hand and we agreed 10k for it. I turned On my camera again and asked him to put it in the trunk of the car. Before he got to the trunk of the car he quickly switched the plantains and put the smaller one in the car.

When he came to collect his money, I asked him why he switched the plantains and he swore in the name of the God of his religion that he did not.

I went to the trunk of the car, brought out the plantain, handed it back to him, and drove off with my money back to the house. I have had enough of almost everyone wanting to rip everyone off.

When I got home, I sent the equivalent of the 100k to my mother’s bank account and had restlessness thinking about the dogs-eat-dogs mindset that has become a tradition in our society.

CONSPIRACY AGAINST AIR PEACE: NIGERIA & NIGERIANS MUST STAND BY AIR PEACE:

Foreign Airlines led by Ethiopian airline & British Airways with solid backing from their home Governments are all-out to force Air Peace out-of international root having started a direct flight to London from lagos Airport weeks back. So Ethiopia Airlines and British Airways can reduce their fares from N1.9M to N680k to London in order to compete or force AirPeace out of the market.

This act of conscipiracy can only be checkmated by we Nigerians, with a resolution to fly Air peace ONLY to and from the UK no matter the cost. The lower cost now being offered by ET &BA are meant to last until they ease out Air peace, then return to the real pricing, multifold

Nigerian government must direct all government officials travelling to the UK to fly ONLY Air Peace even if it means subsidising the tickets. Yes, subsidy. Why not? If the government is subsidising pilgrimages and granting spurious import wavers to economic saboteurs. Nigerians travelling back home from UK must also resolve to fly only Air peace.

Allowing Air peace to lose that international slot on account of cut- throat competition is an insult taken too far. Allen Onyema has done his own part by investing in a volatile and hostile industry, what remains is us to do the needful

Abraham heard God right when he was told to go and sacrifice his son Isaac. What if he was too concentrated on God's instruction that he refused to hear His voice when God asked him to stop?

I know you are sure of what God asked you to do, and you are concentratedly engaging in it.

But are you sure you are listening to what He is asking you to do now?

*There are five categories of people in Nigeria today.*

1. Those who are tired of Nigeria and only want the country to split. This group will keep quiet when things are good but will find their voices when things are bad and use the opportunity to call for balkanization of the country. Their best days is when something is going wrong in Nigeria.

2. Those who voted for winner. This group will always try to showcase the achievement of their candidate while fighting for or against people who attack their candidates. They wanted to prove that they made the right decision at the poll. Naturally, they are positive and wish Nigeria to succeed.

3. Those who voted for loser(s). These are naturally toxic and spend their days and nights to find fault in everything in the country. They don't mind spending 8 years of their life on this venture. If things are going well, they will downplay it. You will hear words like, I can't be praising government for doing what they were elected to do. But if things are going wrong, they will magnify it and even spice it up with exaggeration and fake news. They are into propaganda like the number 2. Albeit, negative propaganda. Their mission is to see the country fail so they can mock those who voted for the winner and use the opportunity to canvas for their failed candidate. They are quick to share bad news, even before verification.

4. Those who don't care who won or lost at the poll. They may have voted for loser but will support anyone that win and wish him success. They may have voted for winner but will criticise the winner If he is going astray. Their primary focus is to see the country successful. Regardless of the winners. Naturally they are optimistic. And objective.

5. Those who are sitting on the fence. They really don't care about Nigeria. They just want to survive, live their life and achieve their personal goals. They may be business men, professionals or traders. Naturally they pray for the country to be successful regardless of who is in power. if things are bad of course they pray for the good time to come.

The first are are militants, social rebels, the second and third spend their life fighting each other and trying to win over other categories to their side. Everything to them is politics. The fourth are cool headed. The last are in majority.. they probably won't vote and If they do they will most Likely be forced or placated to vote.

Everyone knows where he belongs.. whether the country is at war or at peace, whether economy is good or bad, we all bear the consequences of the actions of a few among us....
