THE TENURES OF THE SEASON OF GLORIFICATION
LESSON 36d
THE FINAL SEASON
One of the reasons God can suspend a vessel's divine program can be due to immaturity or unpreparedness and lack of repentance from old ways, as we have seen in our previous lessons. Moses' season was suspended because he gave in to his anger which consequently led him into exile and that caused his tenure to be suspended. It was still his lack of repentance from his old ways that eventually led to his tenure being aborted eventually, and that was why he did not complete his assignment before he bowed to death. And God had to use Joshua I his servant to replace him.
Deuteronomy 32 : 48-52
[48]" And the LORD spake unto Moses that selfsame day, saying,
[49] Get thee up into this mountain Abarim, unto mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, that is over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession:
[50] And die in the mount whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people:
[51] Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of MeribahKadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel.
[52] Yet thou shalt see the land before thee; but thou shalt not go thither unto the land which I give the children of Israel."
The scripture says when an heir is still immature he cannot sit over the inheritance of his father, until the appointed time comes when he becomes matured enough to take responsibility. The scripture says:
Galatians 4 : 1-5
[1] " Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;
[2] But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father.
[3] Even so we, when we were children, were in bo***ge under the elements of the world:
[4] But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
[5] To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons."
The Scripture further expresses, the inability of an immatured vessel to assume the responsibilities of the faith until he becomes matured
Hebrews 5 : 12-14
[12] "For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
[13] For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
[14] But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil."
So only those who have come to full maturity in every way both spiritually and physically, can assume kingdom responsibilities just as we have read in the scriptures above.
It must also be established that,the patience of God does not endure forever. As we have also established earlier too. God will not keep holding on and waiting endlessly for anyone to get ready. If God can carve out the church to continue the divine assignment of the nation of Israel, that means no one is indispensable in God's program. God always has a divine program of replacement in mind, in case a vessel refuses to meet up with God's divine program like what He did to Israel.
So God's program doesn't change but He can change vessels just as He used Jesus to replace the first Adam and the church to replace the nation of Israe to accomplish this divine program.
However, when replacement occurs, like it happened to Israel, culprits will automatically be plunged into a new season which God has reserved for the rebellious. The season of the great tribulation. When jung Sauf missed his tenure he was replaced with David and the scripture says, when the spirit of God left Saul, a tormenting evil spirit from the Lord, came upon him, the the scripture says the spirit came from the Lord just to confirm that, it was the hand of the Lord that was against him to chastise him for his rebellious actions
1 Samuel 16 : 14
"But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him."
Likewise when God rejected Eli, a terrible season came upon him and his household which led to his death and the death of his two son.
as a fulfillment of God's judgement on him and his housed to chastise his sin.
1 Samuel 4 : 15-21
[15] "Now Eli was ninety and eight years old; and his eyes were dim, that he could not see.
[16] And the man said unto Eli, I am he that came out of the army, and I fled to day out of the army. And he said, What is there done, my son?
[17] And the messenger answered and said, Israel is fled before the Philistines, and there hath been also a great slaughter among the people, and thy two sons also, Hophni and Phinehas, are dead, and the ark of God is taken.
[18] And it came to pass, when he made mention of the ark of God, that he fell from off the seat backward by the side of the gate, and his neck brake, and he died: for he was an old man, and heavy. And he had judged Israel forty years.
[19] And his daughter in law, Phinehas' wife, was with child, near to be delivered: and when she heard the tidings that the ark of God was taken, and that her father in law and her husband were dead, she bowed herself and travailed; for her pains came upon her.
[20] And about the time of her death the women that stood by her said unto her, Fear not; for thou hast born a son. But she answered not, neither did she regard it.
[21] And she named the child Ichabod, saying, The glory is departed from Israel: because the ark of God was taken, and because of her father in law and her husband."
Israel as a nation too has been judged to partake in the great tribulation coming upon the earth as a chastisement for their sin of rebellion against God. Israel , will only receive their redemption after they have received the consequences of their sin of rebellion, which will take place during the tribulation. There after, Jesus will be manifested for the third time to end the season of the great tribulation there y bring and end to the season of the earth completely and bringing the final end to all things. As the scripture said:
2 Thessalonians 2 : 7-8
[7] "For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
[8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
Matthew 24 : 21
"For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be."
Revelation 13 : 1-8
[1]" And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
[2] And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
[3] And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
[4] And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
[5] And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months
[6] And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven
[7] And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
[8] And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world."
Matthew 23 : 38-39
[38] "Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
[39] For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord."
So everyone who refuses to enter his own divine season as ordained by God to fulfill God's divine purpose for his destiny and calling, is only waiting to embrace a new divine season which definitely will not be a pleasant one.
It must not be assumed that God is always comfortable with the program of creating a new replacement for any vessel who does not meet up with God's divine program and timing, because this is not God's original plan.The scripture says the call and gifts of God is without repentance, irrevocable.
Romans 11 : 29
"For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance."
This is God's original plan because there are some assignments that God always prepare vessels for exclusively. But if the original vessel does not meet up with His divine timing, it usually messes up with God's divine program and calendar. And when this happens the only option left will be a program of replacement. For instance, when Adam failed, it upset God's divine program. God had to design a new program. Even though through God's omniscience He already knew that things would end that way and that was why he dropped the hint in Eden before Adam and Eve were cast out of the garden.
God slaughtered an animal and made a covering of skin for Adam and Eve to replace the fig leaves covering they initially made for themselves. By the shedding of the blood that took place in Eden, God dropped a hint of the salvation plan God has for the remission of the sin of man in time to come. And at the fullness of time, God sought out a new and perfect way for Himself, to cover up for the error of Adam.
According to God's original program for Adam and Eve, they were meant to fill and populate the earth with godly offspring who are also in the image and likenesses of God just as they were created in the image of God.
Genesis 1 : 26-28
"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
[27] so God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them
[28] And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."
Malachi 2 : 15
"And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth."
However when Adam and Eve fell, their action automatically altered God's program of populating the earth with godly offspring because they now started bringing forth offspring in the their new fallen image, that was why every child born into the earth is born as a sinner right from birth even before knowing what sin is at all. Became every child born to the world is now born with the sin nature, in the fallen image of Adam and Eve.
Genesis 5 : 1-3
[1] "This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;
[2] Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
[3] And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, and after his image; and called his name Seth:"
After Adam and Eve deviated from God's plan, God came up with a new plan to accomplish his divine purpose. That was when he chose to come himself in the form of a man to accomplish his divine plan.
Isaiah 59 : 16
"And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him."
Revelation 5 : 1-4, 6-10
[1] "And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
[2] And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
[3] And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.
[4] And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon
[6] And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
[7] And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.
[8] And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
[9] And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
[10] And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth."
It took God approximately 4,000 years, for Jesus the replacement of the first Adam to come on stage.
It is the same plan of filling the earth with godly offspring, that the church is carrying out till date. And that's why , today Every time a soul is won over to God's kingdom through the churches all around the world, more godly offspring are being born unto God's kingdom. And that's why the scripture says: heaven rejoices over a soul that is won. And that is why Jesus has given the mission of soul winning as a divine mandate for the church today. This is the primary assignment of the church today, to populate the earth with godly offsprings as souls are being converted and returning uno God as righteous souls.
Matthew 28 : 18-20
[18] "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
[19] Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
[20] Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
So if anyone is thinking of a way of giving back to God and bringing joy in heaven, it is soul winning and that's why the scripture says he that wins a soul is wise. For heaven rejoices because the purpose of God is being fulfilled and the will of God is being done on earth as originally planned by God.
Proverbs 11 : 30
"The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise."
Luke 15 : 7, 10
[7] I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
[10] Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.
So when vessels fail, they usually cause a glitch in God's divine agenda, because this usually causes a set back and a time lag for God's divine program. Since it will have to take another time slot for God to seek and prepare another vessel as a replacement to come on stage.
However, due to God's omniscience, nothing takes Him by surprise. He can never be caught unawares. He always fathoms out all the inadequacies of men ahead of time. So He always fashions all the inevitables into His divine program. So that, nothing gets messed up. Just like after the fall of Adam, right there in Eden, God dropped His hint for the salvation plan for mankind through a new and living way at the full ess of time, before Adam and Eve were cast out of Eden.The new divine program for the salvation of mankind was already sealed by God, by the shedding of the blood of the animal that God used to make a skin of covering to cover the nakedness of Adam and Eve, replacing the covering of fig leaves which they made for themselves. This move of God was very symbolic, this act was simply a foreshadow of what is to come.
Animal skin covering to replace the fig leaves covering, symbolizing that, only God can give man a permanent covering for the nakedness they brought upon themselves. And that would be after their sin has been remitted through the shedding of the blood of the lamb of God who is to come to the earth, to establish a new and living way, a dispensation where sin can only be remitted by the shedding of the blood as the scripture says:
Hebrews 9 : 22
"And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission."
Genesis 3 : 7, 21
[7] And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
[21] Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them."
So nothing usually takes God by surprise for He already programs all the misappropriations into His divine plan and timing so at the end of the day, all things always work together for good and for God's glory.
So let all vessels stay on point on their divine calling, so the divine program is not disrupted as a result of your actions or inaction, so God"s divine timing does not suffer any encumbrances because of our lapses. Like the season of Adam and Eve, who both ended as failed stewards.
By reason of God's divine calendar, everything will definitely come to a final end at the fullness of time, beginning from the ending of the church age which will take place with the second coming of our Lord Jesus, when the program of the church will round up with the Holy Spirit rapturing the church home. So all those who do not bow to the physical death of the body before the rapture, those who are still alive when Jesus shall return for the second time will be raptured to meet with Jesus in the sky at the second coming of Jesus. It is not all vessels that will bow to the physical death before they end their season on earth. Some have been divinely ordained to make it to the very end when Jesus will return finally to round up the season of the church by rapture, like the scripture says:
Luke 9 : 27
" But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God."
1 Corinthians 15 : 51-53
[51] Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
[52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
[53] For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
And there is an eventual final end of all things, when Jesus will come for the final time to bring a final end to all things. That will be the third coming of Jesus . The earth and the entire mankind will behold him face to face at his final coming, and all flesh will give account of all things done in the flesh and how they all spent the season given to each one when on earth..
One key thing every divine vessel must note is that everyone must give account to God at the end of it all. Either you are ending your tenure by bowing to the physical death when the time comes, or you are ending by rapture. But at the end of the age, when all things are rounded up, everyone will have to give account of their stewardship on earth before God. We gave example in previous lessons of how Jesus and Paul ended their season triumphantly after completing their assignments on earth victoriously and they were both rewarded. We read of the rewarding of Jesus in:
Philippians 2 : 9-11
[9] Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
[10] That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
[11] And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
And Paul spoke of his own reward awaiting him on his return home
2 Timothy 4 : 7-8
[7] "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: [8] Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing."
When Samuel too was rounding up his season he stood before the Israelites and gave account of the season of his stewardship with them and God reckoned with his testimony and that's why the record of his testimony, made it to the Bible.
1 Samuel 12 : 3-5
[3] Behold, here I am: witness against me before the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have I taken? or whose ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I oppressed? or of whose hand have I received any bribe to blind mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.
[4] And they said, Thou hast not defrauded us, nor oppressed us, neither hast thou taken ought of any man's hand.
[5] And he said unto them, The LORD is witness against you, and his anointed is witness this day, that ye have not found ought in my hand. And they answered, He is witness."
So every vessel must bear this in mind, that there will be an appraisal at the end of the journey when we all return home, to God. So we need to accomplish our stewardship with great wisdom and high discipline, the scripture says to run the race of the faith with fear and trembling, while redeeming the time, so we can all be found worthy and not found wanting at the end of the day. So we can all boldly and proudly behold the face of the Lord at the end of it all, with evidence of our stewardship like Jesus did. When He appeared before God in heaven on completion of His assignment as an atonement for the sin of mankind by this act, He presented the evidence of a finished work. MARANATHA!!!
Hebrews 9 : 11-14
[11]" But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;
[12] Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
[13] For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:
[14] How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?"
With this lesson we have brought our Topic the GLORIFICATION to a close and this online class is going on a long vacation to get ready for a new season.
The GLORIFICATION is the final leg of all our divine mission on earth, after which we shall transit into glory before the father. with the evidence of our stewardship on completion of our assignment on earth for the next qseason which is the season of our JUSTFICATION, the season of our eternal REWARDS for all our services unto God while on earth.
After the vacation, we shall be resuming in a sitting physical class in our school of ministry, which will be admitting into the class, potential vessels who wish to pursue their divine call in ministry both for their personal calling and vessels called to serve under the FIRST CHURCH for missions across nations, to be prepared for their divine assignment.
At the fullness of time, general notification will be published to create an awareness, so that interested candidates can come on board by official registration .
It is also important to note that all our posts so far, covering different topics right from the year 2012, when we started the online class will now be compiled and published into books and translated into different common international languages e.g. English French, Spanish , Portuguese, etc, useful for the general building up of the saints, right from conversion to the level of assuming leadership in the service of God's kingdom, called to serve across different nations.
