DIVINE SPEED

“And the maiden pleased him, and she obtained kindness of him; and he speedily gave her her things for purification...” (Esther 2: 9).

In our Bible Passage, Esther found favour in the sight of Hegai; and he speedily gave her what she needed for her purification before meeting the king. Esther speedily received the resources she needed for her next level; provision came to her with speed; it may have taken time for others, but for Esther, it came with speed.

The oil of speed is upon you. Divine provision and divine opportunities will locate you with speed; doors shall open to you with speed; miracles shall jam miracles in your life with speed; things that used to be slow in your life shall become fast; everything shall happen at the same time; divine speed shall be evident in everything you do this year.

This year, your speed shall be supernatural. What you could not get in years, you will get in weeks and months; you will run and overtake those ahead of you; whatever stopped others will not stop you; where others were slow, you shall be fast; wherever you wasted time or were delayed in the past, God shall give you speed; the wind of God’s Spirit shall move you forward.

Every wall of limitation or stagnation slowing down your destiny, I command it to go down; any policy or power that will arise to slow you down, I reverse it; every satanic stronghold the enemy has arranged to slow down your destiny, break up by fire; if there be a satanic altar sponsoring backward movement in your life, let the fire of God burn it.

Get set: supernatural speed will place you ahead of others.

Psalm 18: 33 says: “He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places.”

Declare: I have the oil of divine speed; I run, I overtake, I obtain with speed, in Jesus’ name!

ENDLESS CELEBRATIONS

“1. And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee... 2. And both Jesus was called, and his disciples...” (John 2: 1-2).

In John 1, Jesus called some of His disciples to Himself; and in John 2, He took them to a marriage feast. At a time when one would have expected Jesus to teach His disciples the rudiments of discipleship, He made it a priority to take them to a party. After the call came a party. He called them to be His own, and the next agenda in His priority list was celebration.

If you have been called by God to be His own, then you are in for a life of endless celebrations. God is calling you into more and more intimacy with Himself because He wants to cause celebrations and congratulations to happen in your life; God is calling you into a deeper communion with Himself because in Him, celebrations are not lacking.

The last celebration you had is not the last that will come your way. The God you serve causes celebrations to happen even when you may not have planned it; the God you serve prepares a table before you, without your input, in the presence of enemies of your destiny; God knows that your life needs a celebration; God will ensure that your party holds before this year ends.

Has it been a while since you celebrated or were celebrated? Get set: another party is about to hold; good news you did not plan for is about to spring forth; doors will soon be opened unto you; new levels you are not qualified for will soon come your way; new chapters of good news and celebration are being divinely opened on your behalf. Celebration is imminent.

If God be for you, get set for endless celebrations.

Psalm 23: 5 says: “Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies...”

Declare: My party must hold; my celebration is imminent, in Jesus’ name!

For Today!

SPEAK UP

“And the Syrians... brought away captive out of the land of Israel a little maid; and she waited on Naaman's wife.” (2 Kings 5: 2).

The maid that gave information which helped Naaman to the place of his healing, was in Naaman’s house. She was there with information that could turn things around, but for a while, she was silent about it. She had the capacity to move Naaman to his next level of healing, but though she was in the house, no demand was made on her until she spoke up.

There are times when you have the capacity to make things happen, but no one notices what you have in you. God says, speak up; tell your world what you have capacity to achieve; tell people around you about those skills you have that could be of help to them; tell everyone who needs your services that you can deliver on their needs. Speak of what you can do.

Speak of those ideas that will move your organization forward; speak up about the concepts you have that will be beneficial to your employer; speak up about the insights you have that will help someone connected to you to rise higher; share the knowledge and ideas you have that can positively turn around the lives of those connected to you.

That Jewish maid released information that moved another man forward. She did not withhold the information that could help someone around her. Don’t withhold information that could help someone to rise; don’t cover the information you have that will be beneficial to someone within your environment.

When the chips are down, ask yourself, “How will they know unless you tell them”?

You need to speak up. Every capacity or information you have should be known by those who need it.

BECOME IMPORTANT AND INDISPENSABLE

“Now Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master, and honourable, because by him the LORD had given deliverance unto Syria...” (2 Kings 5: 1).

Naaman was a great man with his master. Some translations say he was important to his master; he mastered the art of fighting battles so much that his master could not do without him. He rose in his craft to the extent that his master held him in high esteem. He was honorable and indispensable to his master, because of what he could do.

Come to a point where you are important to your ‘master’. Grow your craft and skills to a point where your ‘masters’ cannot do without you; grow your competence to a level where your organization can't do without you; grow your intellect and efficiency to a level where you are sought after by the kings and masters of this world; grow to a point where the value in you is important to people.

Naaman was important to the kingdom he belonged to; he was not schemed out of the army of Syria. Sometimes, your greatest security in the places you belong to is the value you bring. There are employees that some bosses will never fire; there are spouses that are so important to their partner that they can’t be easily abandoned or ignored.

When Naaman got the idea of meeting Elisha, his king wrote a letter to the king of Israel. He was important to his master, and when he had issues, his master took it personal. When you are important/useful to the masters that bear rule over you, they will take your matters personal. When you add value to bosses, clients, colleagues, etc, you will easily get value through them.

Proverbs 12: 24 says: “The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.”

May God make you important and indispensable to your generation and to people ahead of you, in Jesus’ name!

STAND STILL

“...stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD...” (2 Chronicles 20: 17).

Apart from telling the inhabitants of Judah and Jerusalem to set (prepare) themselves, God also told them to stand still. People who were faced with major conspiracies should have been running or taking cover, they should have been unsettled, but God told them to stand still. Put differently, God told them to remain unshaken and keep standing.

I am aware that there are battles all around you and challenges facing you from all angles, you may have had more than a fair share of disappointments, you may have been through the high and low waters, you may be in the midst of embarrassments that are waiting to happen, but God says, stand still, don’t be moved or shaken by what you are faced with, and hold fast to your faith.

Don’t allow what has gone wrong or is going wrong to shake your faith; don’t allow the failing economy to make you lose confidence in God; don’t allow your past mistakes to make you shake; don’t allow conspiracies against you to shake you with fear; don’t allow what you have been through or what others have been through, to make you shake.

God told the inhabitants of Judah and Jerusalem to stand still. To stand still in the face of battle is to wait at the same spot for a while. Those battles you are faced with, stand still and give them some time, and your victory will manifest. If you tarry in faith, you will look for your health challenges, marital challenges, opposition, etc and you will see them no more.

It may be realistic to shake when the oceans rise and thunders roar; but stand still and you will see God defeat your opposition in style.

Psalm 62:6 says: “He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.”

As you stand still waiting for God's intervention in that challenge, nothing will shake you, in Jesus’ name!
