The church is not the assembly of already perfect ones but the gathering of people working towards the perfection of He (Jesus Christ) who has called them.
In the church, there will be those who will probably get out of line, those who would give up on life so easily even at the beginning of life's battles, those who lack strength in one or more areas of their life (physical, spiritual, mental, etc). You will meet different people with different weakness and strength.
As a member of this great family of God, you have a responsibility on how to walk with love with the differences in the people of this fold. There are those to be cautioned gently and with love as the case may be. There are those to be encouraged and comforted, there are some you must care for and bear there burden (some don't have a shoulder that can bear much burden, you just have to be their shoulder). As a matter of fact, to walk this walk, you need Patience to carry along with every one.
