Loneliness is no respecter of persons. It invades the palace as well as the hut. Many turn to drink because of loneliness. Others lose their sanity becasue of loneliness. Many commit su***de because of the despair of loneliness. Thousands have found Christ to be the answer for their loneliness. The Hebrew children were not alone when they were hurled into the fiery furnace of persecution. There was One with them like unto the Son of God. Moses wasn’t alone in the Midian Desert when God came to comfort him and call him to a wider ministry. Elijah wasn’t alone at the cave when God came near and spoke with the still, small voice. Paul and Silas were not alone in the Philippian jail when God came down and gave them a song at midnight. Whoever you are, Christ can give you comfort and companionship.

Whenever I begin to feel alone, help me to remember that You are always with me. Sometimes the way seems dark but You are still there. Thank You, Lord.

A violinist played for 45 minutes in a New York subway. A handful of people stopped, a couple clapped, and the violinist managed to raise about $30 in tips.

No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the best musicians in the world. In that subway, Joshua played one of the most intricate pieces ever written with a violin worth 3.5 million dollars.

Two days before he played in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out at a theater in Boston and the seats averaged about $100.

The experiment proved that the extraordinary in an ordinary environment does not shine and is so often overlooked and undervalued.

There are brilliantly talented people everywhere who aren’t receiving the recognition and reward they deserve. But once they arm themselves with value and confidence and remove themselves from an environment that isn’t serving them, they thrive and grow.

Your gut is telling you something. Listen to it if it’s telling you that where you are isn’t enough!

*Growth Through Reading And Studying Scripture*

Regular, consistent time with the Word allows the Holy Spirit to illuminate and apply it in practical life situations. Growth is the natural result. The process can, however, falter at any point. Whenever other activities crowd out devotional Scripture reading, the lack of nourishment may stunt growth. Even Christian workers sometimes allow the ministry to so fully occupy time and energy that they skip spiritual meals themselves. This is foolish indeed. A dedicated Christian cannot expect to succeed in spirituality without reading Scripture.

On the other hand, too often Christians read from duty, without absorbing much nourishment. They read but they soon forget the passage and seldom experience much uplift. Two reasons for the problem are failure to concentrate and failure to meditate.

If we were given a book that contained the cure for our fatal disease, we would study it thoroughly. If there was some significant monetary reward for studying the Word, you can be sure we would devote ourselves every available moment to it. Yet God has provided the food we need for spiritual health and we often leave it untouched. We claim to believe that the Bible produces growth, but we fail to feast on it.

Even though we may not recall the details of our devotional reading, that reading will normally have had a cleansing, refreshing effect. The believer must continue to read despite how little he or she can recite afterward.

People should not, however, become satisfied with such a lack of retention. If I see myself in the Bible and choose to profit from what I see, I will remember more. I will have less trouble with retention than the person who reads merely out of habit. Many find it helpful to insert their names in the passage. Then God keeps addressing golden promises and solemn warnings to them rather than just to pre-Christian Israel or first century Galatian believers. Keeping a journal about one�s Bible exploration can also be very helpful.

Meditation is another way of strengthening the impact of Scripture on our lives. Refocusing on the day�s reading throughout the day helps fasten it in the memory. It also enhances the sanctifying effect God intends. However, not all meditation is profitable. Eastern mystics practice forms of meditation that can lead to spiritual bo***ge, whereas meditation on God�s Word pays dividends. When we allow our busy schedules to reduce or eliminate our time in the Scriptures, the lack of nourishment will undoubtedly stunt our growth.

One way of increasing comprehension is to take time to study the rules of interpretation. I recently encouraged a middle-aged college graduate to enroll in a hermeneutics course. This week I heard her exclaim, "Now I see why you advised me to take hermeneutics. Why, every Christian needs a course like this!" For those unable to enroll in a formal class, any of several understandable books could teach you how to interpret the Word.

We live in an age of the quick fix. We want instant truth along with instant breakfast cereal and instant car washes. When it comes to spiritual things, we want God to drop truth from heaven into our hearts without our having to bother studying. Perhaps this in part explains the yen for alleged Spirit revelations, words of wisdom and sudden impressions. Instead of laboriously searching Scripture to find an inspired answer, people prefer to look to a Christian guru to pronounce instruction over them. They unwisely look to fallible people for God�s plan for their future.

Others fail to grasp Scripture�s meaning due to a lack of dependence on the Holy Spirit�s enlightenment. Since the Spirit inspired original authors to write the Word, surely He wants to illuminate contemporary readers. Besides employing diligence in studying, believers should depend on the Spirit to help them discern Scripture�s spiritual intent and find its relevance to their current needs.

In review, failure to read Scripture regularly, to concentrate while reading and to meditate after reading can spell defeat. Failure to understand, to interpret and to depend on the Spirit�s illumination can all hamper Christian growth. A believer with trouble should check to see where he or she has missed a turn.

At other times, Christians allow Satan to sn**ch the seed before it takes root in the personality, as Jesus illustrated in the parable of the sower. Falling along the path, the seed proved unproductive because birds devoured it. Jesus explained that the devil removes the Word from hearts lest people receive salvation (Luke 8:5, 12).

This insight into the way the evil one works suggests that he also robs Christians of the truth that would increase holiness. If believers keep alert, however, they can successfully thwart Satan�s malicious attempts to steal. God�s children can ponder the preached Word they hear and read Scripture with regularity, attention, comprehension and application. By insight into the enemy�s schemes, they can avoid becoming victims (2 Corinthians 2:11).

The psalmist said he hid God�s Word in his heart to avoid sin (Psalm 119:11). John stated that young people become strong when the Word abides within (1 John 2:14). When Jesus asked God to sanctify His followers through the truth, He added that God�s Word constitutes truth (John 17:17). God, its inspirer, yearns to make and keep His children more holy. Thus the Word gives directions for the Christian to progress in the sanctified walk.

Moreover, that very Word enters the life in sanctifying power. As digested food within the body somehow becomes nourishment, energy, health, renewal and growth, so the digested manna of Scripture becomes the believer�s ongoing sanctification. Therefore, Scripture both informs believers about continuing sanctification and supplies the means for such abundant living.

The reading of fine Christian books can explain and reinforce what we read in Scripture. Although such reading must never substitute for the Word, it can be a beneficial supplement. One can help to develop our spirituality by reading and studying the truth

The person you attended his or her wedding was once a chief bachelor or spinster. So why worry in life?

It's not about where you are today but where you will reach tomorrow.
Alphabet "O'' which stands for Opportunity, is absent in ''yesterday'' but available once in ''tOday'' And thrice in ''tOmOrrOw'' So Stay Positive Always and have hope.
Your tomorrow will surely be better than today. Believe in yourself and never give up. ......The future is bright!

I have seen pastor's children who put out half-naked pictures online and do not show any concern for the Christian faith.

I have seen Christian parents raise ungodly children who become cultists and even prostitutes, they go to college and live a different life entirely.

I have seen elders in church raise children who do not even attend church services. They do not even care about how their parents feel.

I can't say they didn't try, maybe they did but it takes extra to be a parent. The devil is ready to take any little chance if we don't prayerfully and intentionally raise the kids God give to us.

There's work to do! We must not choose ministry or money over proper parenting. We are just giving the chance to the devil.

Good parenting is possible with God but you must put efforts. You must give all to spend time with them, you don't just leave them to anyone.

I celebrate the children of the Bamiloye's. They are all fruits of good parenting. If they didn't raise them well, they would have decided to go their own way. There's nothing as beautiful as raising children that will be passionate for God.

Plus, this doesn't just happening by talking, it is a battle we must start fighting now even as singles, we must war in prayer, we must fight on our knees!

My children will serve Jesus!
My children will be great!
My children will be men and women of impact!

We are not negotiating with the devil, it will happen. The gates of hell shall not prevail🔥

HOW TO MARRY THE WRONG PERSON

How many couples are truly really happy in their marriages? If they want to be sincere with you, many of them are just tagging along. If they had a choice today would they still marry that man, that woman?

Consider the Saturday event in 2013 that went literally viral on the internet, especially among bloggers. Solomon Akiyesi, popular Nollywood actor, tried to play a fast one on his wife. He left his pregnant wife in Portharcourt under the guise that he was going to shoot a movie in Lagos only for it to be discovered that he was going to wed his pregnant mistress somewhere at a church in Lagos. News had got to his wife who travelled all the way from portharcourt and stormed the church, disrupting the wedding.

When asked why he did what he did, Solomon Akiyesi simply said, "My marriage wasn't just it" He had dated that lady for 7 years before marrying her for another 6 years. Making it a total of 13 years. Yet what did he say? "My marriage wasn't just it"

How many couples are in such mess today? Plenty of them. They marry for stupid reasons and after struggling for many years...either scream their issues , walk away or do something as desperate as Solomon Akiyesi.

You don't have to marry and be frustrated.You deserve to be happy. Let me share with you some ideas that would help you not marry the wrong person.I will show you this by reverse logic

How To Marry The Wrong Person

1. MARRY A PERSON BECAUSE AGE IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE: Research has it that people who marry early have a higher chance of breaking up or staying frustrated in marriage.The reason is because are usually too young to know what they really want. Mature people who marry in their late 20s and early 30s tend to know what they want, having experienced life, and can make informed choices that make and keep them happy for longer periods. Never hurry into marriage because you think you are old. Remember that your age gives you the advantage of experience. Take your time and make your decision.

2.MARRY A GOOD PERSON INSTEAD OF A GODLY PERSON: There is a difference.A good person goes to church, a godly person is church! A good person is nice and not a believer of Christ, a godly person is of the faith. Marry a christian, someone who believes in Jesus.Never compromise that.

3. MARRY A PERSON WHO TAKES ACOHOLIC DRINKS: Yes, you heard me very right. A person who drinks is a potential cheater(Most people who drink cheat on their spouse). The person is a waster( Since drinking is addictive the person will waste money and resources). The person is a potential fighter.In the case of the man, chances are that he would beat his wife. For the woman, she will verbally abuse her husband and fight him.

4.MARRY A PERSON WHO IS NOT GOING YOUR WAY: Love doesn't keep a marriage. Yes it can start the process of marriage....but it is similar values that keeps a marriage together.

5.MARRY A PERSON BECAUSE HE HAS POTENTIAL OR RESOURCES: Don't get it twisted. The so called potential spoken of by that man who wants to marry you is still that...words. The most important thing is not that the man has potential but THE CONVICTION IN YOU THAT GIVES YOU PEACE TO MARRY HIM WITH OR WITHOUT ANYTHING. Also, the fact that the fellow is rich today is not proof that he would remain rich....It boils down to convictions.

6 MARRY A PERSON YOU HAVE HAD PREMARITAL S*X WITH: 90 percent of the weddings aren't really holy matrimony as they put on their wedding cards. God in His wisdom says to leave the bed undefiled. You in your so called wisdom say , 'how can marry someone i have not tested?'. Tomorrow you want God to be involved in your marriage. How can that be? Do it God's way....and you are marrying right. Do it the other way...and no matter how anyone wants to garnish it...you are marrying wrong.

There are a lot more. But feed on these for now.

Sister Nkiru sat before the pastor with a red face and a swollen black eye.

'Pastor, it is that man I call a husband that did this to me.'

'You mean Bro Kilode did this to you! For how long has this been happening?'

'Pastor, I can't even remember a time when he wasn't beating me, the only good time we had was before our wedding.'

The pastor shook his head.

'You can go Sister Nkiru.'

The next day Pastor Atibebelo stood before the congregation smiling.

'Today, we're going to celebrate one of our committed pastors in this ministry, no other person than Bro. Kilode.'

Bro Kilode the wife be**er was pleasantly surprised by this good gesture. It was true he was the most committed junior pastors, he deserved such commendation every now and then.

'Bro Kilode, can you kindly walk to the podium for recognition please. Ushers, please help him.'

Bro Kilode smiled like a periwinkle as he hurried to the podium. Five hefty men stood a few metres from him.

'Church, to present this great award to our beloved junior pastor, I call on the church's 'Receive sense by fire' committee.'

Before Kiolode could make sense of what the pastor was saying, the five heavily built men grabbed him, lifted him up, and slammed him on the table.

The pastor started.

'Well, church, since some of our men here, falsely bearing the title of husband, have decided to be wife be**ers and he-goats, we have decided to help curb such menace. We have set up the 'Receive sense by fire' committee to help out.'

The hefty men each pulled out freshly made skin whips locally known as koboko.

The pastor continued.

'So, to celebrate our beloved brother on his deserved feat as an accomplished wife be**er, may the award ceremony begin.'

The flogging was long and brutal, interested members of the church were invited to assist in the deliverance session too. Sister Nkiru happily gave some well deserved whips.

After Bro Kilode became unconscious, the church medical team took over and resuscitated him.

Then the security unit handed him over to the police to heal properly in the police station.

After cooling off for a twenty four hours in custody, he was brought back home by the hefty men with a smile on their faces.

From that day, every family in the church became a model family of Christ-like love and peace.

Even Bro Kilode won husband of the year three times in a row.

*Paul's Secret*

"I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.
I can do all this through him who gives me strength."
Philippians 4:12-13 NIV UK.

It's a known fact that the situations and circumstances of the human life are subject to change. This truth is a universal experience, and humans all around the world are subject to the changes that occur within and without them.
In the face of the upheavals in the world, contentment would seem rather impossible. So many would consider it to be just a religious cliche or some vague concept meant to encourage the poor in their poverty.
Paul in the above passage claims to have learnt the secret of being content. What could he possibly be trying to communicate to his audience here? The answer is found in the thirteenth verse where he said: "For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength."
What kind of strength was he talking about? Was it some mighty physical strength like Samson's? Could it be a super human wisdom like king Solomon's? What kind of strength could he talking about? The writer of the book Hebrews re-echoed a promise of God made once to Joshua:
"I will never fail you.
I will never abandon you." Hebrews 13:5b NLT.

Anyone who understands God's greatness and goodness; and believes this promise will inevitably be filled with such confident hope and assurance knowing that if everything else fails, God won't fail.

Contentment is neither found in man who is insufficient of himself nor is it found in things. It is found in God - who is All-sufficient. He who is contented in the knowledge that God will neither fail nor abandon him is truly wealthy; for he has what it takes to survive the changing seasons of life.

When you feed on God's love and faithfulness, you can and will live through any and every situation.

AIRPLANE MODE

One of my spiritual daughters has a gift of healing, but she wasn't manifesting because she has a man in her life who is always pressing her breast. 😞

Please don't laugh, this is a serious burden.

This was what God told me when I went to Him asking questions why she is not walking in the fullness of her gift. God told me the reason she cannot walk in the healing dimension even though she is blessed with the gift of healing is because she doesn't have enough energy to power her gift.

I called her immediately and asked her what God was talking about, and she opened up to me on the activities in her relationship.

She said she knows she carries something powerful and special. When she was much younger she would pray for people and they would receive a healing instantly. Even when she was in college too, she noticed that every word of healing she utters always results into a miracle. But when she met someone in her final year and started a relationship, she noticed that she could no longer operate on the same healing frequency she is used to before she met him.

Aha!! That was when I realised that she is on airplane mode.

When you have a gift or a calling that requires you to consistently stay in deep waters in other for you to preserve your annointing, but you are in one yeye relationship that is sucking away all the life and power out of your annointing because you are always caught up in weather for two moments.

Although she wasn't having s*x with this guy, but her relationship had all the other spices of s*x. I'm talking about kissing, smooshing, pressing b***s, skin to skin, and the other chilling we use to do. This was the reason why be couldn't stand in her healing authority, because her battery is too low to power the annointing she carries.

Look, I know you've heard so many messages about premarital s*x preached to you a thousand times, but what I'm talking about here is far deeper than the sin of fornication.

See, if you're involved in fornication God will judge you according to the price you have to pay for walking in that sin. And the Bible says the wages of sin is death, which actually means a separation from God. But if God has given you an annointing to benefit a generation and you let a sinful relationship rub that generation of the gift sent to them through you, God will judge you according to the price that generation will have to pay for remaining in captivity because your gift could not get to them.

Do you understand what I'm saying to you?

While boo is busy pressing your breast, the blind man whose eyes you are suppose to open is still out there walking around in darkness and hopelessness.

While you are busy shifting bae's pant up and down, the demons you have been called to cast out of people are having a swell time tormenting and destroying their soul even more.

Can you see that there is a deadlier implication of your s*xual relationship than the lose of your own soul? A thousand other souls you have been called to save are also getting lost.

While you are busy enjoying your s*xual relationship, the person you have been annointed to model a Godly relationship to has married some idiot and ended up continuing the generational pattern of bad marriages in their family because your annointing did not locate them when it should.

I need you to start seeing this premarital s*x matter differently now, please. I need these touching body things to start irritating you, because its not about you anymore, the fate of a generation is attached to what you carry.

While you are busy taking naked showers together, the deaf ears you have been annointed to open are still closed, and daily those persons are paying the price for your own disobedience.

Com'on guys! Com'on!!!! A phone is useless when it is put on airplane mode. We all have a special gift and annointing, called to a special purpose, there is so much at stake, so much.

Who can feel this pain? 😭
