The most deadly thing to happen to a man is falling into sin. Sin takes the presence of God away from you. Sin make you vulnerable to attack. God does not behold iniquities.

S- Simple
I- Instruction
N- Neglected
Once you neglect instructions from God and adhere to your own way, you gradually falling into sin. Sin is the opposite of Holiness. Holiness is total obedience to the instructions of God.
