It is very wrong to jump into warfares based on your head knowledge. Warfares are spiritual battles as measures must be taken based on spiritual guidelines to properly handle.
The following are important measures to be considered and to be acted out consciously.
1 - Partnership : In warfare, partnership works and counts . Don't be a lone ranger in warfare. Your partnership matters and makes you stronger and formidable. You can't throw away the place of synergy and expect to win battles. Seek for the right partnership .
2 - Praise and worship: Entering battles with the weapons of praise and worship , making holy melodies in your heart and words to God . The act of praising God is announcing God's supremacy and majesty .
3 - Ask questions : Making adequate inquiries concerning the battle is sort of spying out your enemies; their origin, way of operating, weakness, and possible causes that brought them to be. Being on the Lord's side avails a whole lot of truth to the believer and helps to discern matters. To enter a land and occupy , you must first make findings about the land, who used to live there, etc , before you enter to dwell.
4 - Lay down a sacrifice: Battles are not won by the armours of flesh, and sacrifices are ways of fighting battles. Learn to lay down a sacrifice, either weekly or monthly. Being consistent with it makes it a covenant practice that invokes divine intervention on your behalf.
Build a life of prayer, a life of praise , and a life of worship unto God.
In conclusion, be mindful of yourself in fighting any battle. This is because you're positioned in your family as the voice that'll end the reign of the wicked . This position also makes you a target to the enemy. If they can't have what they want , they'll try by all means to destroy you.
Therefore, don't get tired. Don't relent on prayer. Be strong and focused so that your generation is not destroyed by the forces of darkness militating .
