Asalamu alaykum wa rahamatulahi wa barakatuhu. '
Q18:30. O you who believe welcome to another great opportunity of the month of Ramadan.
This is a unique month when fast is made compulsory during the day and sunatic nawafil is advised during the night; fard salat is rewarded seventy times while sunnatic prayer (nawafil) equates fard salat; a night more greater in virtue than one thousand months; charity becomes a culture more than any other month; zikr and recitation of the Qur'an more attractive; the righteous will be rewarded beyond their merits and so not a single deed will lose its reward, and the mercy of Allah will blot out their sins.
*How prepared are* *you* ? May Allah preserve us beyond the period and empower us to observe the fast in the best way acceptable by Allah.
