When your partner is happy it means 😜 2 happy people in a relationship gives the relationship life. Marriage isn't a ring where two opponents try to out do the other. We are not meant to race against each other in our marriages. We are meant to love, give support, and see each other thrive in our marriages and personal endeavours.

And we can acheive this by :

👉🏻Daily thinking of ways to add SPARKLE (excitment, colour, flavour) to your spouse's life. By consciously thinking of what they need and meeting such need.

👉🏻Consistently speak words of motivation and not the reverse to our spouse. Our words can build or tear down.

👉🏻Joyfully look for ways to keep the flame of romance burning in our relationships, by making quality time to build intimacy

When last were you goofy with your spouse? Just play with him/her and not discuss issues... climb your partner when they aren't expecting, tickle him/her, sprinkle water, whatever it is, just do something silly and unexpecting.

It's not everytime seriousness naw....we know situations may be tight but that doesn't mean you should tighten up your relationship.

It's little things like this that build memories that sustain marriages. If ever things get blue, memories like this will flash in their minds and make them chuckle and brighten their day.

You can pick up any Marriage book, study/review and discuss key learning points that can prepare you for your marriage together. We have a picture of that which we always recommend for our students during our trainings. Please scroll to right. -
You can pick a chapter a day, read and discuss. Or meet to have a review every other day. Key learning points must be written down. While each party listen to learn from the other during discussion. -

All this can be done on telephone or any other online medium. -

The picture above dates back to August 2018. And that's the Adeyinka's and the Awoola's; the first official couple to pass and open up the academy for others.

But on the contrary LOVE can be expressed as well in little acts of kindness not only to your spouse or intended spouse, but to everyone that comes your way. LOVE acts can be practiced continually for one to get used to showing love on a daily basis.

As you go through this new week, make it a point of duty to show love to everyone that comes your way.
