_________CHRIST THE WAY_________
The sky had never looked so heavy.
In the quiet garden, beneath ancient olive trees, Jesus Christ knelt alone. The night air carried a stillness that felt almost sacred, yet filled with sorrow. He knew what was coming—the betrayal, the pain, the cross. And still, He whispered, “Not my will, but Yours be done.”
When the soldiers came, He did not run.
He stood with a courage that heaven itself seemed to watch in silence. Though innocent, He was accused. Though pure, He was condemned. The crowd that once shouted His praises now cried out for His death. And yet, in His eyes, there was no hatred—only love.
They led Him to the hill.
Each step was heavy, the cross pressing against His wounded body. The road was long, and the pain was unbearable, yet He carried more than wood—He carried the weight of humanity’s brokenness, every sorrow, every sin, every tear that had ever fallen.
When they nailed Him to the cross, the earth seemed to tremble.
Still, He spoke—not words of anger, but of mercy: “Father, forgive them.” In His suffering, He showed a love the world had never known. Even as darkness covered the land, hope was being born in the most unlikely place.
And then… He breathed His last.
Silence fell.
It felt like the end. His followers wept, their hearts shattered, their hope buried with Him in the tomb. The stone was rolled into place, sealing what they thought was a final goodbye.
But heaven was not finished.
On the third day, something miraculous happened. The stone was no longer a barrier—it was a witness. The tomb stood empty. Death had been defeated. Jesus Christ had risen.
Light broke through despair.
Where there had been mourning, there was now joy. Where there had been fear, there was now courage. His resurrection was not just His victory—it became the promise for all who believe: that suffering is not the end, that death does not have the final word.
And so, His story lives on.
In every heart that chooses faith over fear… In every soul that holds onto hope in the darkest night… In every believer who dares to trust that beyond pain, beyond loss, beyond the grave—there is life again.
Because He lives, we are not alone.
Because He rose, we too shall rise.
