Salem Evangelical Church of Christ (Model Parish) is a Cherubim and Seraphim Church registered under The Sacred C&S Church of Nigeria and Overseas. Our Belief, Practice, Lifestyle, Mode of Worship and Every activity carried out in the Church is in line with the Holy Bible and the acceptable doctrine of the SACRED C&S CHURCH. We use Olive oil, Water and ONLY WHITE candles as supplements (when requi
red) in our prayers (as these items are spiritually significant and Biblically backed up). It is a church with full discipline. We have a very conducive worship environment with comfortable chairs and full air condition. We have Children Class, Youth Wing and the Regular Congregation. Our church hosts several other churches and Christian organisations such as United Aladura Churches (UAC), Patriotic Christian Leaders Forum (PCLF), and others, for their meetings, conventions, Seminars and other events. Beside the church auditorium, our MERCY GROUND is a place where you have a personal encounter with God and pour out your mind to Him. Several signs and wonders have been recorded to happened in the life of people through such encounter. At the first Sunday of every month, we have our ANOINTING SERVICE, where all members are anointed for protection against physical and spiritual attacks. This is also done with the aim of covering all members against accidents and other dangers that one may come across in the month. At the Third Wednesday of every month, we hold a service in the evening where we share blessed water for Peace of mind and good Health. At the Last Friday of every month, we share anointing oil for all participants. This has been known to work several wonders such as Healing, Curing, Blessings, Success, Protection and Miracles in the lives of many. The Holy Spirit is indeed working in the lives of many people through this special oil which has been prepared with days of fasting, prayer and special Psalms while placed in the alter. We have seasoned prophets and our prophesies are purely spiritual and true. Our major Language is YORUBA, but we do interpret in ENGLISH. The children class and the youth wing however have English as the major language with Yoruba only coming in once in a while. Our hymn book is in both languages so you have options to choose.
