Topic and Reflections: O God, increase My Faith. Pray and Study; Numbers 14:28; Mark 11:22-24; Hebrews 10:38. Pray for Faith to lead on.
There were two sisters who came for prayers alongside other people, in a prayer meeting. Both of them use medicated eye glasses to aid their sight. By faith the Spirit of God told one of them to remove the medicated spectacle, she did, but was not keen to faith the healing. Immediately the other sister caught up the Faith and till today, she no more uses that spectacle. She sees without that, Alleluia.
It is not by power nor by might but by the Spirit of God. To God alone be glory. Psalm 115:1.
Hear me, someone reading this now, whatever task you try to undertake ends half way. You mostly find it difficult to complete it, and you will be getting weary half way.
Thus says the Lord, be of good cheer, for you shall overcome but you should pray in faith and leave the rest for Him.
By this time next week, someone's testimony will be boiling, in Jesus name, Amen. Yes, thank you Jesus for the testimony shall be heard!
Beloved in Christ, as we continue to thank God for the graces He gave us to forgive others and have our sins too forgiven, as we reflected yesterday. We also thank Him for the testimonies of yesterday through the message.
Yesterday the Second day, we asked God to help us forgive those who wronged us badly. Today is the 3RD DAY of the Novena to the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God wants me to share with us the relevance of Faith in this journey.
No one can have anything without Faith which comes from God, and without Faith you cannot please God (Hebrews 10:38). Faith is the power that moves God and draws Him to your situation. Those who did not have in the scripture asked Jesus Christ to increase it.
Faith is what you need to be sure you are forgiven and receive also the future blessings and prayers of this journey. Mark 11:22-24 says "Have Faith in God;....Therefore I say unto you, What things soever you desire, when you pray, BELIEVE that you receive them, and you shall have them."
Faith moves God who has also promise in Numbers 14:28 that He does whatever He hears you speak in His ears. Faith is the Shield with which you pull out the arrows shot by the enemy (Ephesians 6:16). Sometimes when you pray and the devil tells you that it is still there. It is apt to know then that a situation can die spiritually as you prayed, but may still be there with the physical signs, but Faith seals the Physical signs later. The lepers that Jesus Christ healed mostly got their healings on the way. Yes the physical signs might be there still, but spiritually it is gone. Activate your Faith now to receive it, and ask God to help your weak Faith. It is possible with God.
Therefore I decree, receive the power of Faith now and know that it is settled already in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. Colossians 2:14-15.
