"And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good."

GENESIS 7:1-24

Obedience! Obedience and faithfulness is very important in any relationship. The strength of love and trust between the husband and his wife depends on their level of obedience and faithfulness towards each other.

Same goes to your relationship with GOD. How well you obey and remain faithful to HIM will determine how well prepared you'll be against any circumstance that comes your way.

In (Genesis 6:14 and 22), Noah was instructed to build an ark in order to survive the wrath of GOD that was coming upon Earth; and it was recorded that Noah obeyed all that he was commanded.

In (Genesis 7:1), we could see that the ark Noah built was where he was instructed to stay with his family in order to be saved and indeed only he and those in the ark with him were saved (Genesis 7:23). Build a good and solid relationship with GOD for when trouble comes, you shall have a place to hide.

The ark took Noah days to build; it wasn't just built in a day. You have to continually build your relationship with GOD so that your ark of refuge will be able to withstand any form of storm and pestilence. Walk closer with GOD, know HIM (GOD) personally and HE (GOD) will show you the way out of every situations and challenges you might find yourself (or be facing); for the personal relationship you build with GOD would be your place of refuge at the last days.

Stay blessed and stay safe.

GENESIS 6: 1 - 22
Year in, year out! As tragic events keep unfolding. There are speculations that the world is probably coming to end. Thousands of years before now, this speculations had been ongoing, yet the world still remains. Why? It is because the elect of God has found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

In Genesis 6: 1 - 7, when the sons of God came to Earth to take the daughters of men as wives and they borne them children. The Bible recorded that every imagination of the thoughts of man's heart was continually evil and these made GOD regret creating man to the point that HE (GOD) wanted to destroy every flesh that has life.

HE started by reducing the life span of man then went ahead to wanting to destroy all living things. But, someone found grace in the eyes of the LORD, and that was Noah (Gen. 6: 8 - 9). He was found to be a just and perfect man in his generation, and he walked with GOD. He and his family alone were saved among the human race.

If truly the world is ending now, will you be spared? Will you be saved? How prepared are you? Have you followed all of GOD's instructions and commandments? If your answers are "NO", please, obey GOD and repent from your evil ways today. Save your generation by your obedience to GOD's will. And not just yourself, save your family and others too. Be the reason, why your generation is saved.

Stay blessed and stay safe.

You are created in the likeness of God and no doubt you're the painting of God on Earth; a reflection of His appearance. He created you and blessed you such that everything about you is awesome. God gave you the wisdom to distinguish between male and female; and the privilege to name them appropriately.

But, why have you so transgressed from His will for your life? Why repaint yourself after you've been perfectly painted by the master painter? You were so blessed with everything at your disposal, yet, you still went ahead looking for "what is not". You know fully well your gender, yet you are attracted to same gender. You ma******te, fornicate and engage in all forms of immoral activities.

Can God go through your lineage and pause at your name to say "this is my image, my son, in whom I'm well pleased"?

Retrace your steps back to God who is your creator. Tell Him you're sorry and surely, He will make you new again.

Please do not procrastinate your Salvation. Be saved today, for, God loves you. Stay blessed and stay safe.

BEING FRIENDS WITH GOD

“Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.” (Hebrews 12:1 NKJV)

GLENN CUNNINGHAM was born on a Kansas farm and educated in a one-room schoolhouse. He and his brother were responsible for keeping the school’s fire going. One morning as the boy’s poured kerosene on the live coals to get the fire started before school, the stove blew sky-high. Glenn rushed toward the door, then realized his brother had fallen and wasn’t moving. He went back to help, suffering terrible burns in the process. In the end his brother died and Glenn was hospitalized with severe burns on his legs. The tragedy seemed to mark an end to his dream of running track. Still, he was determined to walk again which the doctors said wouldn’t happen, but he did. Then he began to run. Through many periods of discouragement and disappointment he kept running and getting faster. He mastered the mile. Eventually he set his sights on the international record for his distance and broke it! Then he went on to set a new world record. What kept him running? He said it was thinking about his brother. When you feel discouraged and want to quit, think about Jesus: “Let us run with endurance the race that God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honour beside God’s throne. Think of all… he endured… then you won’t become weary and give up” (Hebrews 12: 1-3 NLT)
