INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE BOY CHILD: FRIDAY, MAY 15TH – SUNDAY, 17TH, 2026

We return all glory to God for His mercies and kindness.

We appreciate our beloved Diocesan profusely for gracing this occasion. We also congratulate him for what God is doing at this time in the Diocese of Lagos. It can only be God. Thank you so much, Daddy, for the word of God you shared with the boys. We are grateful. Your presence added colour to the whole event. We will forever be grateful to you.

We would like to appreciate our host vicar and church: The Ven. Dr. Stephen Adeyemi and St. Peter’s Church, Ikota, for their love and generosity. May the Lord continue to uphold you and the Church of God, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

We also appreciate our guest preacher, Evangelist Timothy Ayenuyo, who was unavoidably absent but ably represented by his son, Postulant Dami Ayenuyo, who did exceptionally well. God bless and reward you abundantly in Jesus name. Amen.

We had over 500 boys in attendance, to the glory of God.

To our archdeaconry chaplains, Parish coordinators, our wives, the chairman of the planning committee, and all others who contributed to the success of this program, we are grateful to all of you.

May these our boys continue to grow in God’s wisdom and knowledge, obtaining favor before God and man, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

We had over 500 boys in attendance, these wonderful boys participated actively in the program. They gave a speech on drug abuse, ways of overcoming challenges faced by Boys and they also did exceptionally well in the bible Quiz and Anglicanism.

To our Archdeaconry Chaplains and their Wives, Parish Coordinators, the chairman of the planning committee, and all others who contributed to the success of this program, we are grateful to you all.

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. On behalf of our beloved Diocesan, The Rt. Revd Dr. Ifedola Senasu Gabriel Okupevi, FICAT, the International Day of the Boy Child is here again — a program that comes with great impartation upon our boys.
The program is as follows:

Friday, 15th May 2026: Cleaning of the church and its environs, and prayer meeting in all parishes.

Saturday, 16th May 2026:The D-Day
Venue: St. Peter's Church, Ikota
Time: 10:00 am

Sunday, 17th May 2026: Thanksgiving in all our parishes
