Over the weekend, we delivered this beautiful church thanksgiving cake in one piece.
Our hearts was so filled with joy because the delivery process was quite challenging , considering the weight and the height of the cake, Thank God we delivered.

Happy weekend lovelies!

A sister called me on Thursday, she said mama can you bake this cake and deliver before 12pm the next day .
Meanwhile it was already 3pm, she asked again if I can actually replicate the 3D scorpion on the cake, hmmm I looked at the cake again considering the very limited time ahead, which is a big challenge to me.
Another challenge was the client insisting on making half payment, because if I can’t replicate the scorpion very well, he won’t balance me up.
My Son said, mummy collect the job, i can help you out in crafting the scorpion.
I agreed to take the order.
We started baking immediately, left the office very late. Went home with some of my working tools to mould the 3D scorpion fondant cake topper.
When it was 3am, I woke my son up, Oya wake up o, na you say you go craft this scorpion for me. I showed him some tutorial to watch, after much corrections we delivered this cake in one piece at 12pm.
When the client saw his cake, he was satisfied, and balanced up immediately. Hope
My son tried 😂

My question is can you take the risk as a baker, considering the limited time and half payment!?
