Gratitude sustains Joy and Peace. Complaining drains spiritual strength, but thanksgiving refreshes the soul.

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
Colossians 3:15 NKJV

Thanksgiving will shift your focus from what is missing to what God has done.
If your heart is ungrateful, you will not see what the Lord is doing.
Gratitude will shift your heart from mumuring to worship.
