GCE IS HEREEE! 🥳🔥

A new month, another opportunity to grow — and this time, we’re talking about something that goes way beyond looks.

Grooming. Character. Etiquette.

The theme for this edition is “YOU ARE YOUR CHARACTER.”

Because who you are isn’t just about how you dress or how you carry yourself. It shows in your choices, your words, your attitude, how you treat people and who you become when nobody is watching.

And we’re kicking off this Sunday with our Lead Pastor, Min. Samuel Oluseye. 👏🏽

It’s going to be a whole month of learning, unlearning, growing and becoming better versions of ourselves.

GCE 2.0 — You Are Your Character.

See you this Sunday! ❤️‍🔥

October is here, and we’re stepping into a new season of beauty. 🌸

There may have been ashes, broken places, battles and seasons that didn’t look anything like what we hoped for. But God has never been limited by what we see.

He gives beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.

This month, may God turn every place of loss into a testimony, every broken place into something beautiful, and every season of mourning into joy.

Welcome to October at The Lighthouse. ❤️‍🔥
This is our season of Beauty for Ashes.

Isaiah 61:3

Today, we celebrate a man who has committed himself to raising young people, building lives, and helping a generation discover God’s purpose. ❤️

Happy Birthday to our Lead Minister, Min. Samuel Oluseye.

Thank you for being a father, mentor, brother, and leader to many of us. Thank you for consistently pouring into young people and making yourself available to see others grow.

We pray that God replenishes every strength you have poured out and grants you greater grace, wisdom, and joy for the journey ahead.

We love, honour, and celebrate you, sir.
Happy Birthday, Simple Sam! ❤️

Today, The Lighthouse celebrates with our father and mother in the faith, Reverend Moses & Pastor Hannah Obadeyi, as they mark another beautiful year of love, grace, and God’s faithfulness. ❤️

Their journey together is a beautiful testimony of what it means to walk in love, purpose, and partnership while keeping Christ at the centre.

We are grateful for the gift of their lives, their leadership, and the example they continue to set for us.

May the Lord continue to strengthen their union, preserve their home, and fill their years ahead with greater joy, peace, and fruitfulness.

Happy Wedding Anniversary, Daddy & Mummy!
We love and celebrate you dearly. ❤️

September is here, and with it comes a fresh reminder that God still breathes life into what seems dead. 🌱

PNEUMA — THE BREATH OF GOD.

There are places that look barren, situations that seem lifeless, and dreams that appear to have come to an end. But when the breath of God comes, dead ground can produce life again.

“And He breathed His breath into them, and they lived.”

This September, may the breath of God revive every dry place, restore every broken thing, and awaken everything He has planted within us.

And perhaps… there is more to this breath than meets the eye. 👀
Something beautiful is about to rise from the ashes.

Welcome to September.
Welcome to PNEUMA — The Breath of God.

There is something powerful about a heart that bows in worship. It is more than just singing; it is an offering, a surrender, and an encounter with the presence of God.

This Sunday, we gather to exalt Him, encounter Him, and bask in His presence.

Let our hearts become the altar, and let our worship rise as a fragrance to the Lord. 🕊️ May our songs ascend to Him as a sweet-smelling offering, and may His presence fill the room and transform every heart.

Come with an expectant heart.
Come ready to lay it all down.
Come, and let your worship be your response to His presence.

Last year, we gathered as A Soldier and Priest — learning to stand in the place of warfare while carrying the heart of worship and the Word.

But what happens after the battle?

What does God do with the ashes left behind? What happens when the things we thought were ruined become the very soil from which something beautiful grows?

This year, we go deeper.

WORD, WORSHIP & WARFARE CONFERENCE 3.0 — BEAUTY FOR ASHES.

From the battlefield comes a testimony.
From the ashes comes beauty.
From what looked like an ending, God is birthing something new.

The battle may have left ashes, but the story doesn’t end there.

Beauty is coming from the ashes. 🔥🌱

Don’t just rep your team. Rep your faith.

WELCOME TO AUGUST — OUR MONTH OF CONSECRATION.

A new month. A fresh call to lay everything on the altar.

Consecration is more than a moment; it’s a posture of surrender. It is choosing His will over ours, His presence over distractions, and His voice above every other.

This month, may our hearts be purified, our lives set apart, and our walk with God strengthened. May we become vessels fit for the Master’s use.

“Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you.” — Joshua 3:5

Welcome to August, our month of Consecration. 🔥
