Professional Development Training for the Staff of Baptist Heights Academy

At Baptist Heights Academy, we believe that "A teacher who stops learning stops teaching." To strengthen our commitment to excellence, our staff participated in a professional development training facilitated by Pastor Asunmo Olugbenga Samson, a retired secondary school principal from Lagos State.

The training was insightful and impactful, covering key areas such as 21st-century teaching methods, effective customer relations, classroom management, and leadership skills. His wealth of experience and practical approach equipped our teachers with valuable strategies to enhance teaching effectiveness and promote quality service delivery.

We sincerely appreciate Pastor Asunmo for investing his time and expertise in shaping our educators. As Nelson Mandela rightly said, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." We remain committed to continuous learning and excellence in raising future leaders.
