Some people manage teams. The rare ones build families.

Today, we celebrate our Director, a leader who rolls up his sleeves to get the work done, not because he doesn't trust his team but because he is a great team player, a leader who checks in on people, not just projects.

We wish you a birthday as warm as the values you've created around us. Our biggest cheerleader, we appreciate you, Padre Raphael Airoboman.

You rock, boss!

There’s something special about seeing people leave training with not just skills, but the tools to begin.

As participants of the Youth Employability Booster Initiative receive their starter packs, we are reminded that empowerment goes beyond the classroom. From vocational training and life skills sessions to mentorship and startup support, this programme is helping young people build real pathways to sustainable livelihoods.

Young Africa and the Don Bosco Development Initiative remain committed to creating opportunities for young people, including women and persons with disabilities, to learn, grow, and earn.
Registration for the next cohort is ongoing. Check the comment section for the link.
