As A Christian & As A Member Of The Church Of GOD.

Firstly as a Christian I miss fellowshipping with my brothers and my sisters in the Lord.
I miss being in the midst of Gods children, I really miss our holding hands and praying together in the name of the living God...

At this point, the so called BIG pastors and BISHOPS are now happy and content with their misleading ways that has put the whole world into this great mess.
All which would have spared us all this would have been the "Ones of the Church" calling unto the Lord for mercy and asking HIM to pardon the world, but the doctrine that has engrossed the hearts of the present day church has led us to the point of missing the essence of these days and time...
"Killing our enemies, prosperity and breakthrough messages and other unnecessary doctrines and believes" has taken our hearts away from hearing GOD at the time HE speaks in the still of the storm that surrounds us.

I miss the Church gather together, I miss us study more about JESUS and trying daily to be like HIM.

It is easy to prophecy both 'doom and blessings', but know that only true prophets tell us what will be, and how to either make it happen or avert any pending danger.

When will the Church "grow into the Head" and become more like Christ...

'Ephesians 4:15

"15. But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ"
.. than rather feeling like one "Spiritual Samson", Christianity isn't designed to make Christians think in the way that makes them feel important, but it is designed to make Christians live within the walls of the Bible and making Christ the center of attention.
We should live like Christ and in doing so we do not have any form of spotlight.

The Church has made a big mistake and we are paying for our neglect and mistakes.
Nineveh escaped the disaster Noah prophesied of, by following the instruction he also gave to avert the pending disaster.
So, who says that this Pandemic wouldn't have been averted? Our pursue for power and relevance has made us lose sight of HIS position.
Now more than ever we are getting closer to HIM and our hearts are getting broken and drawn back to HIM.

The spotlight preachers and evangelists have taken a bow, waiting for scientists to come to their rescue. Their enterprise is no more been patronized anymore.
Now, those who never took "Joshua 1:8" very importantly are now finding it difficult to stay away from their performers of signs and wonders.
We must study the word more now and be more like Christ rather seek for someone to entertain your eyes with mouth watering miracles which aren't spiritually investigated.

As for me I know that as a Christian I have my own fault to this for not making my voice loud enough to call Gods children to the truth more than ever.

But, for now its the obligations of true Christians to call out to God in humility and pureness of heart for HIM to come to rescue us all from this Pandemic and the destruction of the souls of sinners littered here and there.

The Church is me, and the Church is you...
Lets ask for HIS mercies and the reinstatement of the Church, for this social distancing is pushing us away from each other.

"WE MUST COME TOGETHER AND PRAY."

JUST MY SINCERE THOUGHTS
"Nigeria"

A nation with over "180,000,000 People in Population", but weak in strength to fight for truth...
A people tautted to be highly educated and intelligent, but not wise to identify her true enemies...
A nation known for her fanatic drive towards religion, but their hearts are far from the true God...

What shall we say is really our problem?
Why have we fallen this deep into the pit of "Apostasy" of Truth, Morality, Meticulous Thinking and Faith in the Almighty God?
Sincerely, I'm asking myself "where did really go wrong, how did we get to this point where we are now a point of mockery for other nations mere gratification, nations who ones respected us and revered us as a nation of "Power and Promise, the Pride of Africa" ?
How come out of over 180milion Nigerians only a staggering "5% is thinking differently and correctly?" Have we all fallen to that point where, we no longer can see a spade and call it what it is, and not call it a bunch of flower instead?

- Tribalism and wasteful sentiment has eaten an average Nigerian so deep...

- Religious sentiments has trolled us in the path of ignorance where we no longer see the truth and say the truth as it is...

- Bigotry has taken the place of " reality, oneness, truth and harmony..."

As a servant of God, I've had my share of "Up's and Down's, my own fair share of frustration in Ministry..." But, sincerely my hope revamps everytime I run to God's Word, I see reasons to keep hope alive and maintain my focus sighted on the mark which lies ahead...
God showed Joseph the beautiful part of his destiny, but God purposely did not show him the painful part that was attached to his beautiful Glory.
Scriptures says; "as for persecution and trials they shall surely come..." this is part of the package that comes with your beautiful Glory and Destiny.
The weight lifters and bodybuilders will use the slogan; "no pain, no gain..."

But, my friends just remember that you are not alone in that tunnel of pain and suffering, the Lord God almighty is cheering you on knowing fully well that you will come to the end of your "Night Hour" and in that tunnel journey you shall see the light at the Appointed Time and Season.
Don't just give up yet, don't give in and don't walk away in tears of the pain you feel at the moment, it shall soon turn into tears of Great Joy in Jesus mighty name, Amen!

Ecclesiastes says; "to every man is a set Time and Season", just keep holding on it will soon pass.

THE ALTAR IS MEANT FOR THE TRUTH
"AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH"

In my study of the word overtime, I've come to discover that some words are not as literal as they seem... More of the words from the scriptures mean something deeper than they ordinarily mean to the layman.

"Some statements in the scriptures don't just have literal meaning to the immediate context, but have 'Post Spiritual meaning' for a generation that would be faced with crisis or situations that would need such scriptures to help put such crisis or situations on check."

HIS CALL, AND THE RELATIONSHIP...

Here I am taking stock of my activities for the past few days as we all draw closer to the end of the year (2018), and I check through my activities as a minister of the Gospel and as a Father.
I realize that in so many ways I have drifted off His will and His purpose, due to the noise which was so loud and much around me, the cravens of the flesh. I simply and sincerely told myself "I'm no superhuman and I'm bound to fall once in a while...", but sincerely I have no right to justify these actions, for 'Sin is Sin.'
I then imagined to myself if my Lord had come in that state of heart what would I have said to those who see me as an "Emblem of Truth and Righteousness", I surely would have been ashamed of my exposed lies and sinful nature as one who would have missed going with my Lord and Savior in His second return.
I looked back and knew it was God trying to call me back to where I left Him off at. Taking stock of my activities as both a father and a minister of the Gospel, I see reasons why I need trace my way back to His feet and start all over again for His will and purpose for me is Bigger than my wildest imagination...

*GRATITUDE vs INGRATITUDE*

Gratitude is a virtue that never comes easily to us human beings due to our nature that is tied to strong will, and this is a diminishing virtue in our modern time.
