TOPIC: TENETS OF THE GOSPEL

WHAT IS THE GOSPEL?
•The gospel is glad tidings or good news.
It is information that makes the man's heart leap for joy.

WHAT THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST?
•The gospel of Jesus Christ is what God has done for mankind in through and by Jesus Christ.
The gospel is the tool which God uses to bring salvation to man.

WHAT IS TENETS?
•Tenets are principles or teaching that are believed to be true and constitute to the important part of beliefs and ideas.

The Tenets of the gospel are:
1) It speaks of a kingdom that is not of this world.(John 17:20)

2) It speaks of eternal life( divine life, divine nature),Christianity is not a way of life ( it is the life of God in you).

3) This gospel speaks of righteousness. It is not something you work for, you can't achieve it..No, it is a gift. Righteousness is not by looks.

4) It speaks of the remission of sin and freedom from sin. Atonement is different from remission. Jesus Christ blood was for the remission of sin.

5) It speaks of deliverance.(Colossians 1:12-17)
