Holy Mass: 12 Noon.

We can also join in via Lumen Christi TV on DSTV 350.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, The Feast of Mater Ecclesiae (Patroness of our Archdiocese) comes up today (SATURDAY). We remind all faithful of the opportunity to obtain Plenary Indulgence today by visiting the Holy Cross Cathedral and the Mater Ecclesiae Monastery.

In our Holy Cross Cathedral, Lagos, there are a number of activities lined up to celebrate this Feast day beginning at 9am. We have: Rosary procession, Confessions, Exposition and Adoration and Holy Mass. We are invited to join the celebration physically or via Lumen Christi TV.

Our Children and Youth Harvest is this Sunday. Harvest Mass is 10.30am and the bazaar and funfare begins immediately after. It's always fun and exciting.

Come before Him in praise and thanksgiving, God has been good to us all. Bring your best portion and please remember that no one should come to God empty handed. (Deuteronomy 16:16)

Dear Parishioners,

Do you know that the Parish is about to embark on a Life in the Spirit Seminar for everyone? This is the directive from his Grace the Archbishop of Lagos, Dr Alfred Adewale Martins. It is part of the assignments given to the Evangelization Commission of every Parish to carry out this programme to re-evangelise the Church and bring back lost Catholics.

The Life in the Spirit Seminar for Holy Cross Cathedral will start on Sunday, August 12 and will last for 8 weeks. It starts by 2pm every Sunday inside the community Hall.

It is a Parish affair and you are specially invited to be part of it.

The 33 days Novena for the Re- Consecration of Nigeria to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is ongoing in the Parish.

It commences at 5pm everyday. We are all encouraged to attend.
