Isn't it funny how you find large crowds in places led by false prophets and teachers?

Even some reading this right now go to such places of worship!!!

We keep going back because we're blinded by personal ambition, in search of connection or a miracle, the beauty of such places, or because there are fine boys and girls there 😏, even when the practices there are clearly not centered on Christ and His Kingdom.

Furthermore, most Christians will believe ANYTHING they hear from the pulpit without any verification.

Know this: every lie you believe opens you up to believe more lies and it would be passed on to anyone who is under your influence. The difference is that the lie would now be told with greater deception.

We have to constantly teach the truth but more importantly, raise a generation who can equally identify the truth.

Why does the gospel meet so much opposition?

What is it about the preaching of the gospel of Jesus that offends people to the point that governments are willing to deprive their citizens the right of freedom of religious belief?

I've never heard of any other "religion" being banned or disallowed in any society except Christianity.

The mention of the name of Jesus is so offensive to some that they may maim or even kill to silence the speaker. After the resurrection of Jesus, the Jewish leaders paid the soldiers guarding Jesus's tomb to spread a false testimony of the events that took place.

WHAT EXACTLY IS SO OFFENSIVE ABOUT THE GOSPEL???

It's not the preacher being resisted but the person he's preaching about.

Think about it. ONLY A LIVING PERSON CAN BE RESISTED! JESUS IS ALIVE, and HE is the only way!!!

One major difference between the old and new covenant is the requirement of human effort in pleasing God.

The law of Moses requires strict human compliance. The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus requires faith.

Many reasons people struggle with accepting righteousness by faith in Christ is because they want to earn God's approval by "doing good works".

we know full well that we don’t receive God’s perfect righteousness as a reward for keeping the law, but by the faith of Jesus, the Messiah! His faithfulness, not ours, has saved us, and we have received God’s perfect righteousness. Now we know that God accepts no one by the keeping of religious laws!
