Called and set apart into the office of a Prophet right from his teenage years with tangible signs and proofs of this call and having served for several years as a faithful steward and servant under his Spiritual Mentor at Ebute Ilaje, God called Apostle Victor Surulere into full time Ministry as an Overseer in the year 1993 under the Cherubim and Seraphim movement (C&S), and he heeded God's call.
After a conspiracy by his landlord and some members, he was driven away from that property and left his House with the Church behind to start another work at Abiodun street, Makoko. In 1997, God spoke authoritatively to him to start Pentecostal movement (during a Vigil at his second Church building at Abiodun street, Makoko). He heeded God's call but this was met with stiff and harsh reactions from the then Church elders and leaders who vowed to frustrate, violate and ensure that God's instruction is not fulfilled. In the year 1999, God spoke again to his servant to leave the whole property at Abiodun street, his first personal house, his wife's business and a Church he has laboured to build, he heeded this instruction with a heavy heart and decided to trust God to see him through it all. God provided a little space for fellowship at the back of a Woman's backyard and the Church later moved to its landed property at the present location (Arowolo street, Iwaya). Today, God's servant stands to testify of God's faithfulness as a living proof along with his dear loving wife Pastor Mrs. Funke Surulere (Resident Pastor, Headquarters) and his four children who are standing strong by the grace of God alone.
