Romans 10:17 KJV
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Let's define the word 'faith' more clearly. The Bible says faith is 'the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen' (Hebrews 11:1). Faith is not empty hope, or simply a positive confession of something we want to be true. Faith is recognising something that's already a reality despite the fact that it can't yet be seen.

The Bible says Abraham 'believed - God, who...calls those things which do not exist as though they did' (Romans 4:17). Based on this verse some people think that whatever they want they can simply 'speak into existence'. Read the verse again! Abraham didn't speak Isaac into existence, God did! Abraham simply believed God, acted on his promise, and as a result Isaac was born. 'Not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about 100 years old), and the deadness of Sarah's womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what he had promised he was also able to perform' (Romans 4:19-21).

Ur faith must be in God, not in ur faith! In and of itself, faith has no creative power; it just AFFIRMS what already exists in the unseen world and in what God has promised, knowing that in his time it will come to pass because it's His will. Whatever u claim by faith must be based on what God has clearly promised u in His Word. And how do u develop that kind of faith? Read the Word! 'Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God' (Romans 10:17).

May this understanding of faith reposition our hunger for deeper knowledge of God's Word and to channel our faith rightly to appropriate all that God has given us in Christ in Jesus Name. Amen

Obadiah 1:17 AKJV
But on mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.

Mount Zion, the seat of glory and city of holiness where the Incorruptible GOD reigns supreme! It's the place of solution and complete wholeness where GOD's glory repels all evil! On this mount, everyone who treads the path of righteousness receives a fresh mandate to possess his inheritance, not only Jacob!

I pray for u today and this week, that the glory of GOD will distance u from ur attackers, granting u an easy ride to possessing ur inheritance! May the LORD favour u, promote u and open new doors of greater harvests unto u! Shame is declared miles away from u!, and at any crossroad may the LORD guide u and show u the path of victory! This day and week, u shall go and u shall return to celebrate GOD's faithfulness! Evil shall not slay u but will bow before u, in JESUS' MIGHTY NAME. Amen!!

Welcome to the month of August, THE MONTH OF HARVEST OF SOULS and SHINING FORTH AS LIGHT!

In this August, I pray that the compassionate desire, love, concern and burden of Jesus for the salvation of perishing souls or sinners shall consume and instigate us to preach the Word of God and to be used of God to depopulate hell and save souls in this season, and may we shine as lights through our conducts or lifestyles, that our lives indeed will be the Gospel that will point and bring many to Jesus Christ and revive lives and may the blessings of soul winners would be poured on us in Jesus Name, Amen.

Colossians 1:12-13AMPC Giving thanks to the Father, Who has qualified and made us fit to share the portion which is the inheritance of the saints (God’s holy people) in the Light. [The Father] has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,

Note: the scriptures above were written to the saints or people in Christ Jesus not to the world, bcos Satan rules there.
Is very crystal clear that from the above scriptures, that u and I are free from the control, power, authority or rule of the devil or sin, bcos our LORD JESUS has DELIVERED US(not that He willor shall or may or could or would or trying to deliver us BUT THAT, HE HAS ALREADY DELIVERED US). That's a now or present day reality or Truth. That means before God and the Supreme Court of heaven and Earth(the Universe), we are legally not under the power of satan, sin, sicknesses, poverty, the world system or everything satan represents. In fact, we are the ones who have power, authority or dominion over him and all that satan represents Luke10:19.

But the question is: why are many believers in Christ afraid of the devil or victims of his attacks and living in sin?
From the above scriptures, we have the answers: firstly, bcos of lack understanding of the legal reality of Colossians 1 above, that in reality, we are out of the dominion or control of darkness and have been translated to a Kingdom of dominion, power, glory, righteousness and blessings.
Secondly, our inability to realize and assume our RESPONSIBILITY: The first two verses above stated NEITHER GIVE PLACE AND LET NOT SIN! Is our responsibility to work out the word or put the word to work for us, bcos until we do our part - acting upon or doing the Word, we shall continue struggling with things we shall be ruling over. Is our responsibility to live by and within the confinement of God's Word. So, we are the ones that determines we would be victors or victims.

James 4:7 AMP
So be subject to God. Resist the devil [stand firm against him], and he will flee from you.

That scripture settled it! Note: u and I are the ones to subject to God's Word and the ones to resist the devil in whichever way or form he comes.

May the Holy Spirit shine His Light upon every reader of this message and may u receive grace now to live victoriously, dominating ur World by the Word to God's glory in Jesus Name Amen.

Amplified Bible, Classic Edition Psalm 86:7 In the day of my trouble I will call on You, for You will answer me.

One day a woman was driving through the countryside when she saw a tornado approaching, so she hid behind her car and watched as it demolished a nearby house. Running over to what was now a hole in the ground, she saw a man hunkered down with his eyes closed. ‘Are u ok? Is there anybody down there with u?’ she asked.

‘No,’ he replied. ‘Just me and God having an urgent conversation!’

NOTHING FUELS PRAYER LIKE REAL NEED; in a crisis even unbelievers will pray. There are some issues in life we simply can’t resolve on our own, hence the psalmist wrote, "In the day of my trouble I will call on You, for You will answer me."

Sometimes our prayers are simply cries for help meant for God’s ears only. When u’re out of options, ur faith develops fast and emergencies become opportunities to experience God’s grace and power in a greater way. So, if you’re in an imposition or desperate situation today, here’s a prayer God will answer:

‘Father, it feels like I’m in an impossible position with no way out. Let me feel Ur presence and the encouragement of Ur Spirit, reminding me that with U all things are possible to those who believe. Send the answer from Heaven to my earthly situation. From where I stand, things look hopeless. But U are the God who created the earth from nothing, and rolled back the Red Sea so Ur children could cross over safely. U made the blind to see, the lame to walk, and the deaf to hear. Today I thank U that U’re my God, and that U are “always ready to help in times of trouble”, and so, I receive now ur supernatural intervention into my life and situation to the glory of ur Name in Jesus Name. Amen.
