*TODAY'S SCRIPTURE:*
Psalms 27:1-5.

[1](A Psalm of David.) The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

[2]When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

[3]Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.

[4]One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.

[5]For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

*WORD FOR TODAY*

Overcoming fear enables one to achieve set goals. What you fear becomes a stumbling block to your progress and achievement (Matthew 25:25). One of the blessings a person gets from knowing the LORD is the ability to overcome fear. God becomes your light, salvation, and strength—light to dispel every form of darkness in your life, salvation to rescue you from the hand of the enemy, and strength to provide you divine health.

One of the enemy’s most popular weapons that he uses against us. Worry, anxiety, fear…can overwhelm us with a thick shadow of darkness, controlling our every move and decision.

So much crazy going on around us today - wars, conflicts, persecution, violence, crime, natural disasters, terrorism, economic uncertainty, unemployment, divisions, disease, death. We fear for our children’s future, we fear for our families, we fear for our financial future, and we fear for our safety. The list goes on…long. There actually is a lot we could potentially worry about.

One of the most comforting verses is Philippians 4:6-7, which says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Dear beloved, spend time to know your God through His Word and fellowship, and you will never be afraid because you have access to light, salvation, and strength. Remember He has not given you the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

*PRAYER FOR TODAY:*

My eternal Father, I praise and bless You for Your inspiring Word. Indeed, You are my light, salvation, and strength, so I shouldn’t entertain fear in my life. I use the power You have given me to drive away every form of fear in my life, thus walking in Your love and self-control and becoming a channel of blessing in Jesus’ name. Amen!

*How to Access Salvation in Christ*

Would you believe if I say Salvation was meant for all men.
Choosing no one 1st or leaving anyone out.

Titus: 2. 11. For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
12. Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
13. Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

Verse 12, has critically inform us of what is required to have access to Salvation. To portress on this. I have decided to put up a small write up.

How can we access to even what is itemised.
Titus: 2.12. Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

How to Access Salvation in Christ Jesus.
Salvation simply means preservation or deliverance from harm, sin and it's consequences.
Salvation is a noun acting in the capacity of the word saved.

The heart of a man tends to run from God and rebel against Him. The Bible calls this "sin." Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
Salvation is not for some Peculiar people, it is for all who choose to accept Jesus, practice his faith and flee from iniquity/sin.

Yet God loves us and wants to save us. To offer us a new life of hope. John 10:10 says, "I have come that they may have life and have it in abundance".

To give us this gift of salvation, God made a way through His Son, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:8 says, "But God demonstrates His own love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us!"
1 Timothy: 2. 5. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

How do we then access this gift of salvation in Christ Jesus.

1. HAVE FAITH: We can receive this gift by faith. Ephesians 2:8 says, "For by grace you are saved, through faith, and this not from yourselves; it is God's gift-not from works, so that no one can boast."
Faith is a decision of your heart demonstrated by the actions of your life. Romans 10:9 says, "If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

2. ACCEPTING JESUS CHRIST INTO OUR LIFE: Jesus Christ is the only way to our salvation. You can access this salvation by accepting Jesus into our life. He should be the foundation of our faith.
Hebrews: 12. 2. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
John: 14. 6. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Never forget:
Romans: 10.
13. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
14. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

Other points include:
3. Practice the faith of Jesus Christ.
4. Flee from Iniquity.
5. Humble yourself before all men.

I pray for the Grace of God that giveth wisdom to expand our mind of learning on our daily life as we strive to hold onto the mark of salvation.

Today's lesson point. Hebrew 7:11 " For when the priesthood is changed, the law must be changed." NIV.

This was a direct command of God from God.

What is it in your life, that refuses to give way to a new life full of testimony. That says this is how it has been in our family and so it will remain.

What is it that imposes fear that since you are a nobody you can't be elevated to be somebody.

Hebrews: 7. 3. Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually. - KJV.

This was one like us. Whose background could not be identified nor his parental knowledge be known. But the grace of God and the power of God was upon him.

You are whom you are because their is a grace of the most high God upon you, that is waiting to be transformed.

Only if you will believe.

If priesthood can change, the law must change. It only means the powers that depress your victory or glory must change. Every law standing to hold us down today heaven has changed it for us to be lifted. In the mighty name of Jesus.
Go and fulfill God's purpose in your life.

We are blessed and more than conqueror. Jesus is in charge.
