And it says: For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that comend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing the themselves among themselves are not wise. But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you. 2 Cor 10:12,13. Here the scriptural passages is emphasizing that, we need not comparing ourselves or measuring ourselves with one another. Not boasting ourselves over another, For those who does that are not wise. But rather focusing on your lane, your line of duty, for each and every one is giving a specific gift or assignment different from others to profit thereof. Rom 12:3-8. 1 Cor 12:12-31.1 Pet 4:10. Matt 25:24-30. Prov 18:16 .So are you the type that compare yourself with other? Desist from that. All scriptures is from the KJV.

And it says And the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit and lay thine hand upon him; and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation; give him a charge in their sight. And thou shall put some of thine honour upon him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel may be obedient. And he shall stand before Eleazar the priest who shall ask counsel for him after the judgment of Urim before the LORD: at his word shall they go out, and at his word shall they come in, both he, and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation. And Moses did as the LORD commanded him: and he took Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation: And he laid his hands upon him, and gave him a charge, as the LORD commanded by the hands of Moses. Num 27:18-23. Here God told Moses to annoint Joshua to take the mantle of leadership, and present him before Eleazar the priest and all the congregation of Israel, as a man who has the spirit of the LORD upon him, who will not be afraid to face the enemy, confront the enemy, a man who is bold enough to stand before all odds. And that is the kind of man God uses. Josh 1:5-7.9. Eph 1:19. 6:10-18. Lk 10:17-20. All scriptures is from the KJV.
