REVELATION WITHOUT CLARITY

Some years ago, after one of my most powerful ministrations, my pastor walked up to me and said, “You are bigger than this place.”
Those words hit me like a thunderbolt. I left that encounter determined to break limits. I went for trainings, got certifications, and gathered all the tools I thought I needed. Then on Friday, July 1st, 2016, I launched out with high hopes.

But from day one, it was pure struggle. After three years of toiling, I eventually shut it down.
At the time, I felt my pastor had misled me. But as I matured, I realized it wasn’t his fault. I was the one to blame. I had run with Revelation without Clarity. I heard what he said but I wasn’t patient enough to see what he saw.

Looking back now, I understand he was absolutely right. The problem was my interpretation.
I thought “ bigger ” meant a bigger physical structure.
He was speaking about a bigger impact, a global impact.

Today, clarity has come. And interestingly, it didn’t start with a big platform; it started with a small task, an assignment to be completed and submitted in class. That assignment grew into a book, then into training sessions, and now it’s heading to secondary schools and campuses.

This is why I’m so excited about The King in the Cage project.
What started as a seed has now become a movement.
We’re about to launch this initiative to impact the lives of our young people, to help them discover their identity, break free from the cages of limitations, and rise into their true potential.

FROM RESULTS-DRIVEN TO VALUE-DRIVEN

One of the mindset shifts needed for success in my field is results-driven mindset .

In the beginning, I believed success was about how fast things grew, numbers, recognition, and visible results. But now, I have realized that lasting success isn’t about chasing quick wins; it’s about creating real value that transforms people’s lives, even when you don’t see it immediately.

PERSONAL STORY:

I remember when I first started a ministry. I was passionate, excited, and full of vision. Naturally, I expected it to grow quickly, people coming in, lives changing, momentum building.

But month after month, nothing significant seemed to happen. For three years I gave my best, yet the results I longed for never showed up. Eventually, I got discouraged and disappointed, I shut it down.

I walked away thinking it had failed.

But just recently, a young man approached me and shared his story. With gratitude in his voice, he told me how the things I taught him back then had become a lifeline for him while he was in school. He said those lessons shaped his choices, gave him direction, and kept him going.

In that moment, I realized something profound: what I thought wasn’t working back then was actually working, just not in the way I expected. The seeds I planted were growing silently in people’s lives, even when I couldn’t see the results.

THE LESSON

This taught me that true success is not always measured in immediate outcomes, but in lasting impact.

Don’t quit just because you can’t see the fruit yet, the seeds are still working.

Don’t chase applause, chase transformation.

Don’t be results-driven, be value-driven.

Because value will always outlive results.
