GATLOAW || GRACE & LIFESTYLE OF A WOMAN || SUNDAY SERVICE || REV MRS BLESSING PATRICK ||15TH MARCH, 2026 ||
Grace is the divine favor and empowerment that God gives to a person to live a life that pleases Him. For a woman, grace is reflected in her character, conduct, speech, and relationship with God and others.
A woman who walks in God’s grace lives a life of humility, wisdom, kindness, purity, and faithfulness.
The Bible teaches that a woman’s lifestyle should reflect godly virtues. A graceful woman is not only beautiful outwardly but also inwardly, because her heart is devoted to God. Her lifestyle becomes a testimony to her family, community, and the church.
One of the greatest examples in the Bible is the virtuous woman. The scripture says:
Proverbs 31:26–27
"She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness."
This shows that a graceful woman speaks wisely, treats others with kindness, and responsibly cares for her home and family.
Grace also teaches a woman to live in holiness and dignity. Her character should reflect good works and purity.
Titus 2:3–5
"The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness… That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed."
Furthermore, a woman who walks in grace understands that true beauty comes from within, from a gentle and quiet spirit that is precious before God.
1 Peter 3:3–4
"Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning… But let it be the hidden man of the heart… even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price."
In conclusion, the grace of God shapes the lifestyle of a woman into one of virtue, wisdom, humility, and love. When a woman walks in grace, she becomes a blessing to her home, her church, and her generation, and her life glorifies God.
