MANY TENANTS AGREED THEY CANNOT PAY FOR PREPARED METER THAT WOULD BECOME THE LANDLORD'S PROPERTY. BUT THEY PAY 5-7K MONTHLY FOR ESTIMATED BILLING.
PREPAID METER AS AT TODAY IS 64K. IN LESS THAN ONE YEAR OF PREPAID METER THEY WOULD HAVE GAINED THEIR MONEY & BEGINS TO ENJOY ELECTRICITY AS CONSUMED, NO ELECTRICITY NO BILLING.
