Topic: The Laws of the Spirit of Life (Part 2)
Text: Genesis 17:1–7

In Part 1, we began a new teaching series on The Laws of the Spirit of Life —the divine principles that govern a victorious and fruitful Christian life.

Spirits keep and protect the men who serve them. The first law of the Spirit is Service Any man who serves God diligently cannot lose his life carelessly. Do not joke with your service to God. God is a Spirit. We serve a Spirit, and He preserves our lives.

Laws of the Spirit of Life.

1. Covenant
A covenant is a formal, solemn, and binding agreement or promise between two or more parties.

Child of God, any man whom God takes seriously is a man of covenant. A covenant reminds you of the agreement that has been made. This is just like the covenant God made with Abraham in Genesis 17:1–10

Covenants can be extended to descendants. Abraham secured the destiny of his children through covenant. Psalm 89:34; Psalm 105:8.

The best way to hold God to His Word is to hold on to His covenant. Psalm 25:14; Isaiah 59:21; Genesis 9:9–13; Isaiah 54:10; Deuteronomy 7:9; Genesis 17:21.

Child of God, please take the things of God seriously. You must give them priority and attention, and ensure that nothing tampers with your covenant with God.

2. Sacrifice
Sacrifice is the language of the spirit; it is used to make transactions. 2 Kings 3:26–27.

I pray for you today that the Lord will grant you a deeper understanding of the laws of the Spirit of Life, in Jesus’ name.

Topic: Established to Prosper
Text: 2 Chronicles 20:1–20

Established means to be rooted, settled, and standing firm. It is moving from temporary struggles into God's grace, being firmly rooted in His grace and established in stability.

Prosperity means to grow, flourish, succeed, and excel in every area of life and endeavour.

If a tree is not properly rooted, it can be uprooted by a storm. Trees receive their nutrients from the soil through their roots (Psalm 1:1–3). Trees planted by streams of water do not suffer lack because they are continually refreshed. Likewise, God desires His children to prosper in every area of life (3 John 2).

In today's text, three nations came against Judah and Jerusalem. Jehoshaphat was afraid, but he did something remarkable. In verse 3, despite the overwhelming challenge, he set himself to seek the Lord instead of relying on diplomatic alliances or human help.

God will not give you the kind of prosperity that will destroy you. When God is preparing you for prosperity, He takes you through a process.

In verse 11, the very nations God had previously instructed Israel not to destroy were the ones that later turned against them. Sometimes your plans, vision, or expectations may not align with what is happening around you, but do not be discouraged. Hold firmly to God's Word.

Establishment and prosperity are not accidental; they are deliberate and intentional. They come through believing in God and in His prophet. As the Scripture says, "Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe His prophets, so shall ye prosper" (2 Chronicles 20:20).

In Ezra 6:14, there was opposition to completing the temple, but when the prophet Haggai spoke, the resources and support needed to finish the work were supplied.

First Peter 5:10 teaches that after we have suffered for a while, God Himself will perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle us. Prosperity does not simply mean having wealth to spend carelessly. Rather, when God prospers you, it is for the advancement of His Kingdom. Every blessing and every measure of prosperity God places in your hands has a divine purpose.

Basic Principles for Being Established in Prosperity

1. Seek God faithfully and unconditionally. You cannot find what you do not seek.
2. Walk in obedience and wisdom. Obey God's Word and pursue divine wisdom.
3. Live by the law of sowing and reaping. Whatever a person sows, they will also reap.
4. Be a man or woman of faith. Trust God completely, even when circumstances seem contrary.

As you believe God today and place your trust in Him, you shall be established.

Prayer:
I pray for you today that God will single you out for divine establishment and lasting prosperity. May He root you firmly in His grace, strengthen your faith, and cause you to flourish in every area of your life for His glory, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Topic: The Laws of the Spirit of Life (Part 1)
Text: John 12:24–27

Today, we begin a new teaching series on The Laws of the Spirit of Life —the divine principles that govern a victorious and fruitful Christian life.

The Bible declares that God is a Spirit and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth (John 4:24). Since God is a Spirit, it is important to understand that we are also spirit beings living in human bodies, possessing souls. Our physical bodies are temporary, but our spirits are eternal. Therefore, to enjoy the fullness of God's life, we must learn to live according to spiritual laws rather than merely natural principles.

The Laws of the Spirit of Life

1. Service – No Service, No Life

One of the fundamental laws of the Spirit is “service”In the Kingdom of God, service is not optional; it is a covenant responsibility. Service is one of the channels through which God releases life, preservation, promotion, and divine rewards.

Life itself must be serviced. Throughout Scripture, we see that spirits preserve, protect, and sustain those who faithfully serve them because spirits do not serve themselves. God, being a Spirit, requires that His children serve Him willingly and wholeheartedly.

Jesus Himself demonstrated the lifestyle of service, declaring that He came not to be served, but to serve (Mark 10:45). Likewise, every believer is called to become a servant in God's Kingdom.

Ways We Can Serve God

a. Serving with Our Time: One of the greatest sacrifices we can offer God is our time. True service requires availability and consistency. We should intentionally dedicate time to:

- Prayer and fellowship with God.
- Studying and meditating on His Word.
- Attending church services and spiritual gatherings.
- Soul winning and evangelism.
- Serving faithfully in any department or assignment in God's house.
- Supporting the work of the Kingdom whenever needed.

We are encouraged to serve God fervently with all our hearts and with the best of our time, not merely with our leftovers.

Isaiah 38:1–3 reveals how King Hezekiah reminded God of his faithful service when he faced death. His commitment to walking before God with a perfect heart became a basis for divine mercy, and God added fifteen more years to his life. This teaches us that genuine service never goes unnoticed before God.

Every act of sincere service is recorded in heaven. God is not unrighteous to forget our labour of love (Hebrews 6:10). Those who serve Him faithfully position themselves for divine preservation, favour, increase, and eternal rewards.

I pray for you today that your acts of service to God will be acceptable to Him in Jesus’ name.

Topic: Perfecting Holiness
Text: 2 Corinthians 7:1

What is Holiness?
Holiness means being set apart for God and separated from sin; it is the state of being morally pure and dedicated to a divine purpose. Holiness ultimately refers to purity.
Perfecting holiness is the daily process of self-cleansing and allowing God to shape you until you reflect His character. It enables you to stand pure before Him.

Steps to Perfecting Holiness
1. Be Born Again: This means giving your life to Christ (John 17:17). A born-again Christian lives daily by the Word of God, which is the Word of Truth.
2. Read, Meditate on, and Obey the Word of God: Keep the Word of God in your heart always and stay close to it (Psalm 119:9-11, GNT).
3. Maintain a Life of Prayer and Fasting: Prayer keeps you connected to the power needed to overcome sin (Matthew 26:40-41).
4. Be Filled and Led by the Holy Spirit: The leading of the Holy Spirit keeps you far from sin (Galatians 5:16-17, Ephesians 5:18, 22-25).
5. Renew Your Mind: Consistently renew your mind with the Word of God (Romans 12:1-2, Psalm 101:3, Ephesians 4:29).
6. Flee from Sin and Every Appearance of Evil: Actively run from temptations and ungodliness (2 Timothy 2:22, 1 Thessalonians 5:22).
7. Cut Off Bad Associations: Remove negative influences from your life (1 Corinthians 15:33).
8. Avoid Places That Trigger Compromise: Stay away from environments that test your boundaries.

The perfection of holiness is a continuous process and a daily walk.

Mid-year Thanksgiving || Sunday Service || 5th July, 2026

Topic: The Heart of Thanksgiving
Text: Psalms 100:1–5

Welcome to the month of July —our Month of Establishment and Prosperity.

The month of July carries spiritual significance. It is the seventh month and a month in which believers should never take acts of sacrifice for granted.

We need to be thankful to God for all He has done and continues to do for us—for fighting unseen battles on our behalf, protecting us from attacks, and delivering our families from sudden death.

This is the seventh month of the year. Take time to reflect on the faithfulness of God.

Thanksgiving means wholeheartedly expressing our gratitude to God in total submission and acknowledgement of His goodness.

The Psalmist says, "Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise...”(Psalm 100:4).

In Luke 17:11–18, only one l***r out of the ten returned to thank Jesus for his healing.

When the mercy of God has prevailed in your life, your next response should be thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is a way of servicing our altar before God. It can perfect a testimony that has not yet been fully completed. God judges both our actions and our intentions.

The foundation of thanksgiving begins in Psalm 100, which is a call to cultivate a grateful heart. See also 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18.

I pray for you today that God will give you a heart of thanksgiving in Jesus’ name.

The LORD will open to you his good treasury, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hands

I decree that every area of your life will experience the hand of God lifting you higher, opening doors, and causing you to prosper beyond your expectations. Your life is anointed for greatness, your hands are blessed for exploits, and your path is set for prosperity in the mighty name of Jesus!

This is your season of Establishments, results, and lasting impact. Your month of greatness, prosperity, and exploit is here! 🙌

Walk boldly into this month, for the Lord is going before you, and His blessing will rest upon all you do in Jesus name, Amen. ..

**Sunday Celebration Service || 28th June, 2026**

**Topic: The Power of Vows**
**Text: 1 Samuel 1:1–11; Ecclesiastes 5:1–7**

A vow is a voluntary promise made to God, often in relation to victory, protection, thanksgiving, or a specific commitment. It involves a pledge to carry out an action, give an offering, or dedicate something to God. It is voluntary because it comes from one’s own will.

A vow is spiritual, not merely physical. It has the ability to communicate with the supernatural. It can unlock doors, open what has been closed, and remove hindrances. However, vows can also be dangerous because although they bring blessings and benefits when fulfilled, they carry consequences when neglected.

Today, many people think vows are only about money, but a vow goes beyond that.

**1 Samuel 1:1–11** teaches us that a vow can bring God’s attention to a situation. It is a commitment or agreement made with God. God had allowed Hannah’s womb to be closed, but He desired a commitment from her before opening it (verse 6). Vows are not always easy to keep.

A vow is different from an offering or tithe. Hannah made a vow and a commitment to God, and God answered her.

In **Genesis 28:20–22**, Jacob made a vow to God. Despite his background and challenges, God blessed him.

In **Judges 11:30**, Jephthah also made a vow to God. One of the strategies for winning battles is making commitments to God. Despite your challenges, you need God to secure your victory.

In **Isaiah 38**, King Hezekiah was sick unto d£ath, but after his encounter with God, his life was extended by fifteen more years.

**Deuteronomy 23:21–22, Numbers 30:2, and James 5:12** remind us to take the vows we make to God seriously and fulfill them.

A vow is beautiful, but it becomes consequential when we fail to play our part.

**Prayer:**
I pray for you today that God will give you the grace to fulfill every vow you have made to Him, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
