WEEKLY TONGUES OF FIRE - SPECIAL
(Baptism Of The Spirit Of Wisdom)

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
"And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses" (Deut 34:9)

All through the month, we have been looking at what wisdom is, why we need it, and the danger of living without it. We have established the fact that we cannot successfully navigate life without the wisdom of God at work in us.

But God does not want us to only know about wisdom. He wants us to be filled and walk in its reality.

Isaiah says this about Jesus: "And the Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding.." (Isaiah 11:2). This shows that the Spirit of wisdom can rest upon a person and produce a supernatural dimension of wisdom to win in life and destiny.

You and I need the endument of the Spirit of wisdom to know what to do, when to do, and how do it. We need the baptism of the Spirit of wisdom to know how to relate with people. The Spirit of wisdom is lacking in many lives today. I therefore invite you to join us today as we pray for the endument of the Spirit of wisdom. We trust God for a fresh impartation that will cause us to win in all areas of life.

Come with an open heart and with great expectation. Invite your friends and loved ones to join. God is set to baptize us with the Spirit of wisdom.

Don't miss this impartation session. The Spirit of wisdom shall envelope us in an unusual way and it will be clear that we've been endued, in Jesus name.

TOPIC: WISDOM PRESERVES

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
"For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it" (Eccl 7:12)

All through this month, we have seen how important wisdom is in getting the things we desire and to handle life's situations. But you must understand that wisdom also helps keep what we have received from God.

It is not enough to receive a blessing; it is important to know how to preserve it.

A person can pray for a good relationship and lose it because of a lack of wisdom. You can receive financial breakthrough and still become broke if you lack the wisdom to manage it. You cannot maximize an opportunity if you don't know how to handle it.

This is why we need wisdom.

Joseph is a good example. When God gave him the opportunity to become the Prime Minister of Egypt, he did not waste the season of abundance. By wisdom, he saved during the seven years of plenty so that the nation could survive the seven years of famine.

Sometimes, our prayer should not only be, "Lord, give me more." We should also pray, "Lord, give me wisdom to properly manage what you have already given me."

Do you have a good relationship? Wisdom will help you preserve it. Do you have an opportunity? Wisdom will help you maximize it. Do you have money? Wisdom will help you manage it. Do you have a ministry, career, or business? Wisdom will help you sustain it.

Beloved, what grace gives you, wisdom helps you preserve. Don't only pray for increase; pray for the wisdom to sustain the increase.

PROPHETIC PRAYER:
I pray for the release of wisdom to preserve everything God placed in your hands is yours today in Jesus name.

TOPIC: WISDOM TO DISCERN SEASONS AND TIMING

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven" (Eccl 3:1)

SUPPORTING SCRIPTURE:
"And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment" (1Chro 12:32)

Beloved, wisdom is not only knowing what to do; it is also knowing when to do it. There are things that are right but become wrong when done at the wrong time. The Bible, in the Supporting Scripture above tells us that the sons of Issachar understood the times and knew what Israel ought to do. They were not just knowledgeable; they had the wisdom to recognize their season and respond appropriately.

David also understood timing. He had already been anointed king, yet he did not rush to take the throne from Saul. He knew that God's promise had a timing. David had the opportunity to kill Saul, but he refused because he understood that getting the promise was not more important than following God's process.

Beloved MTDians, sometimes, we become frustrated because we are trying to force something before its time. At other times, we miss opportunities because we keep waiting when it is already time to move. Wisdom helps you recognize the difference.

There is a time to prepare and a time to launch. A time to wait and a time to act. A time to speak and a time to remain silent. When you understand God's timing, you will not allow pressure to push you into premature decisions.

You don't have to force every door open. When you walk in wisdom, you learn to recognize the doors God has opened and the seasons He has prepared.

PROPHETIC PRAYER:
Receive wisdom today to understand seasons and recognize divine timing, in Jesus name.

TOPIC: WISDOM FOR RELATIONSHIPS

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
"A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger" (Prov 15:1)

As we gradually come to the end of the prophetic focus for the month (The Winning Wisdom), one area we need wisdom every day that I will like point out is in our relationship with people. We need wisdom to relate with people. You can have a good heart and still damage a relationship if you lack wisdom in how you communicate. Sometimes, the problem is not what we said but how we said it.

Wisdom from above teaches us that not every matter requires a response, not every offence requires an argument, and not every truth must be spoken, especially in the wrong time. There are times when speaking is wise and times when silence is wiser.

Jesus demonstrated this perfectly. There were times people questioned and challenged Him, yet He did not answer every question. He knew when to speak and when to remain silent. That is wisdom. May this be our portion from today, in Jesus name.

Even in our homes and workplaces, we need this kind of wisdom. As a wise person, you don't only ask whether what you want to say is true; you also ask, Is this the right time to say it? Is this the right way to say it? Will it help the person?

Many relationships, especially marriages, have suffered not because there was no love, but because there was no wisdom.

Beloved, before you respond to someone from today, pause and ask yourself: "Will my words bring peace or make the matter worse?" That simple question can save you from many unnecessary conflicts. Wisdom will not make you agree with everybody, but it will teach you how to disagree without destroying relationships.

PROPHETIC PRAYER:
Wisdom to manage relationships is yours today, in Jesus name.

MTD COVENANT DAY OF MERCY
(Focus: The Oil Of Favour - Pt 3)

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:
"And Saul sent to Jesse, saying, Let David, I pray thee, stand before me; for he hath found favour in my sight" (1Sam 16:22)

This is your week of testimonies! You shall be recommended in the right places and by the right people, in Jesus name.

Today is MTD Covenant Day of Mercy, the weekly prophetic gathering of the MTD Global Family on Google Meet. Today's focus is: "The Oil Of Favour - Pt 3."

One of the ways God accelerates a man's destiny is through favour. I trust God to release upon us today the dimension of favour that'll speak for us in relevant places and cause us to be discovered at the right time.

This is what happened to David in the chapter of today's anchor scripture. Someone discovered his ability and spoke about him to King Saul, and Saul sent for him. David did not need to advertise himself; favour caused him to be recommended.
