LIVING IN THE OVERFLOW
“You treat me to a feast, while my enemies watch. You honor me as your guest, and you fill my cup until it overflows” (Psalm 23:5 Contemporary English Version).
God wants your life to be filled with every good thing until it overflows. Our scripture today says God treats you to a feast while the enemies watch. That means no matter the kind of hardship that may be experienced on earth, God will see to it that you enjoy the feast of abundance. God will fill your cup until it overflows in the presence of your enemies. No enemy is strong enough to stop you from living in the overflow. Child of God, make up your mind to enjoy what belongs to you. As things get tougher for the world, you’ll enjoy more and more overflow. Stand on this word today. Claim it; confess it, until your heart is saturated with this truth. God will treat you to a feast while your enemies watch. The Message says, “You serve me a six-course dinner right in front of my enemies. You revive my drooping head; my cup brims with blessing”. Hey! Your days of poverty and lack are over! God will serve you a six-course dinner right in front of your enemies. All the troubles standing before you today cannot stop you from living in the overflow. I declare over you today that your cup shall brim with blessings. You’ll experience more than enough in every facet of your life in the name of Jesus.
Leviticus 26:9 says, “I will look favorably upon you, making you fertile and multiplying your people. And I will fulfill my covenant with you. You will have such a surplus of crops that you will need to clear out the old grain to make room for the new harvest!” This scripture talks about the kind of life God has designed for you. You are not designed for poverty and shame. God says He will favor you, make you fertile and multiply you. Notice that God said you’ll have a surplus harvest to the extent that you’ll have to clear out the old store to make room for the new harvest. That means you won’t exhaust the old before the new comes in. That is a good picture of an overflow. This shall be the story of your life from this moment in the name of Jesus. The world may be broke, but you shall live in the overflow! There may be pressure all around you, but right in the presence of your enemies; God will set a six-course meal before you. Your cup will run over with great blessings in Jesus’ name.
Take a good look at Amos 9:13: “The Lord says, "The time is coming when there will be all kinds of food. People will still be harvesting crops when it's time to plow again. People will still be taking the juice from grapes when it's time to plant again. Wine will drip from the mountains and pour from the hills” (New Century Version). Child of God, the time has come for you to experience the overflow! You’ll have all manner of provisions. Before you finish using a particular provision, more will overtake you. PRAYER
Father, I declare in accordance to your word, that this is my time to live in the overflow. My days of lack are over. My cup brims over with great blessings from today. I experience superabundant supply today in the name of Jesus.
