PRAYER POINTS FOR THIS WEEK

Today's Prayer (2nd August, 2021)

Scripture: Acts 3:17

If you can Fast please do!

According to Acts 4, the lame man at the beautiful gate in chapter 3 of the book of Acts had been in that position for 40 years.

He's been carried everyday to the beautiful gate but nothing was beautiful about his life.

His whole life till age 40 was a wasted years, 40 years of pain and agony, 40 years of sorrows, 40 years of living at the mercy of others.

I know in the Holy Ghost that there are many times his people, even the very people of his household got tired of him, he accepted many insult and reproach because he had no option.

You also might be experiencing this kind of challenge, you may not be lame physically, you may be lame spiritually, emotionally, psychologically, financially, academically, and socially.
Whichever explain your predicament, there is need for swift divine intervention.

Listen to me, the saving grace for the lame man at the beautiful gate was the coming of Peter and John, the lame man does not expect something more and better from them because all through 40 years of his life the best he ever get is peanut from people entering into the temple.

I believe he had been crying and calling on God at certain times in his life, saying God when will this reproach be taken away?
My God when will this issue of my life give way.

Perhaps you have been crying and praying like the lame man at the beautiful gate, crying in secret and faking laugh in the public so that people wouldn't make jest of you.

As the Lord lives, and has His Spirit lives, this month will not leave you the same way you enter into it, you are coming out better and stronger in the name of Jesus.

Things are changing for you.
