Topic: RISING BY THE DECREE OF HEAVEN

⁃ We need to learn how to appreciate God when He fulfils His words.
⁃ It may not be the way you want or how you want but it’s with the little He gives, He tests our faith for Him to do bigger/greater things.

Isaiah 60:1-5, Matthew 21:19

⁃ When the scripture says “arise” someone is seated, someone is stagnant, someone is on a spot and needs to MOVE!
⁃ SHINE: “Shine! for your light is come”.
⁃ Prayer has gain, keep on praying. Keep on pressing on the Lord.

WHAT IS A DECREE?
(Daniel 4:17)
It is a pronouncement by a higher authority for something to happen.

Two Types of Decrees: (John 5:1-9)
1. The decree of heaven: It will make someone who’s on the floor to arise.
2. The decree the Lord wants us to make concerning situations

What does it take to make a decree and it comes to pass?
Acts 19:11-20
⁃ Before decrees can work, the new birth issues must be settled which means you must be born again- your salvation must be sure.
⁃ After you are born again, every other things that glorifies the Lord follows.
⁃ You must be hungry and thirsty for the power of the Lord.
⁃ As a Christian, you cannot live in fear. The presence of the Lord overshadows you.

⁃ You can rise by making a decree. Your children can rise by your decree over them.

⁃ Certain situations look helpless, believe the Lord for a change.

PRAYER POINTS:
• Open doors appear!
• My body! I decree in the name of Jesus, no sickness will grow in you!
• In the name of Jesus! I will make it!

PASTORAL PRAYERS:
• Receive financial miracle!
• As you leave this service, encounter your miracle!
• Let your finances receive life!
• From where you kept hidden, your light will shine! Shine in the mighty name of Jesus!
• No poison is permitted in your body in the name of Jesus!
• Where it has been said there will be no way, by the power of God, let there be a way!
• Receive financial increase!
• By the power of the Lord, your miracle appears!
• Receive the spirit of prayer
• God will surprise anyone who says you cannot rise again
• Don’t give up, your song is changing

PROPHETIC DECLARATION:
• Where you have been stopped, ARISE!
• Your glory, star and light will not be dull again!
• That situation bringing you shame, the Lord will turn it around!
• What is making you sad now, will turn to joy!

Matthew 27:53

⁃ Jesus died and before He died he went through a lot of torture
⁃ He had risen before the stone was rolled
⁃ He went through all that so we all shall have redemption
⁃ To stand for the Lord is only by the power of the resurrection
⁃ It is also for our healing: divine health

The Experiences Jesus went through that we may go through in life:

1. When the devil turned a friend to a betrayal: John 13:2. Judas betrayed Jesus. One should recognize that it wasn’t purely the act of Jesus but because the devil took over him to commit this act.
2. Luke 22:43-44: Jesus prayed earnestly as He was passing through a great agony. To the point His sweat was blood.
3. Mark 14:45: “Judas Kiss”- people that know everything about you and deliver you to the hands of the enemy. May we never encounter them!
4. They spat on His face: Spitting on someone signifies disgust, hatred, disdain, rejection, shame. May we not see shame in Jesus name!
5. Matthew 27:26: He was beaten.
6. He was crucified
7. Mockery: people will mock you and your Christianity just as how Jesus was mocked for being the Messiah. But He was buried and He rose on the third. By this, we will rise in Jesus name, amen!

PRAYER POINTS:
• Lord by the reason of your resurrection, let Your light shine on everything that is dead in my life!
• By the power of resurrection, my Christian life, receive a change!
• Father! Do not let the death of Jesus be in vain in my life! Do not let the affliction and torture be in vain in my life!

PASTORAL PRAYERS:
• By the power of resurrection, every glory that has been tied down be released in Jesus name!
• By the power of resurrection receive healing!
• By Your death and resurrection let pain, struggles be dead in our lives.
• Your resurrection Lord will not be in vain in our lives!

• We live in a world where almost everything is being controlled by power. Some use the power of the devil while others use the power of God.
• Many are using contrary powers because they want to be in control.

WHAT IS SUPERNATURAL FLIGHT?
• Supernatural flight has to do with rising above limitations.
• Supernatural flight is having speed for accomplishment.
• Supernatural flight is God doing what you can never imagine or think.
• Supernatural flight is God taking you from the group of those that are crawling and putting you on a fast lane.
• Supernatural flight is God taking what you have suffered for a long time and putting it on your laps, on a platter of gold.
• It is God making you to overtake everyone that has gone ahead of you. God will give you double twice and it shall be said that you serve a living God.

THE POWERS:
1. The Power that is above all: Psalm 95:3, Psalm 97:9, Psalm 135:5, Jeremiah 32:17.
2. The Power that subdues the enemy: Psalm 66:3. The enemies will submit to you!
3. The Power that brings positive changes everywhere you go: 2 Corinthians 13:4.
4. The Power that is in the name of Jesus and the power is given to all believers. 1 Corinthians 1:24, Philippians 2:9-11.
5. The Power that is in the word of God: Hebrews 11:3. John 1:4

PRAYER POINTS:
• Let every good gates in this February be opened on to me!
• I command the gates of my business and career to be opened this February!
• My Lord and my Father, I declare and decree every door leading to my business/career breakthrough in this month of February be opened!
• In this month of February, every door that I will knock shall be opened!
• My Lord and my father, I commit this month of February into Your hands, let the door of my business/career breakthrough open on to me on their own accord!
• I commit everyday in this month of February into your hands! I will not see evil, evil will not see me!
• In the name of Jesus, every good thing in this month of February, I am available, begin to locate me!

PASTORAL PRAYERS:
• February will favour us! From the first to the last day!
• You will not experience evil, no evil or bad news!
• What you can never imagine or think, God will do it for you!
• The Lord will give you the grace to enjoy the works of your hands!
