ARE TURNING TO GREAT GLORY !
Beloved, whatever challenged your father to fight will never gain advantage or rule over you in Jesus mighty name hallelujah.
I see your ugly stories in life, business, family, ministry etc turning into greater glory!
(2 Kings 2:12-15)
And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.
He took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and went back, and stood by the bank of Jordan
And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, Where is the LORD God of Elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they parted hither and thither: and Elisha went over.
And when the sons of the prophets which were to view at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.
Great, this may not look like what you wanted to see but the revelation of God words are sweeter than honey to every true servant of God.
Permit me to say that we have a father that is ever willing to change the stories of men if we remain humble enough to learn his act of victories.
We must understand that every child have a father, therefore there is heavenly father, biological father and spiritual father.
So Elijah became the spiritual father of Elisha by leadership or what we know as mentorship.
The last battle of Elijah became the first challenge of his son Elisha, that's crossing over the Jordan River.
Let me boldly state here that whatever challenged our father on his way to fulfilling destiny may likely challenge us, so while walking with our father we should learn on how he overcome that which took him to a fight if we must get to the victory we desire because this could be one among many reasons why many don't get to fulfill God's plan for their lives.
Elisha observed when his spiritual father took his mantle, wrapped it together and smote the waters and they were divided hither and thither as they both went over on dry ground.
He also knew that they were men who took their stand afar off to view how the very challenging situation before the master will be handled.
(2 Kings 2:7-8)
And fifty men of the sons of the prophets went, and stood to view afar off: and they two stood by Jordan.
And Elijah took his mantle, and wrapped it together, and smote the waters, and they were divided hither and thither, so that they two went over on dry ground.
Hallelujah, men and brethren if we must have a change of stories then we are to remain observant each time we are taking a walk with our heavenly father.
Every father be it heavenly, spiritual, biological had once at a time engage in a challenging battle, may God open our eyes to the very part to victory in Jesus mighty name hallelujah.
Even if your father died a victim I declare that you shall stand victoriously in every challenge of life.
There are three things your victory will do if you overcome, those that view from afar will confirm that the spirit of your father is at work in your life, they will move closer to meeting you and they will bow themselves to your God.
(2 Kings 2:15)
