WORD OF FAITH AND HEALING TODAY...

YOU CAN PUT THE DEVIL ON THE RUN

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
James 4:7

Some years ago I was traveling to a particular community in the Southern part of Nigeria notorious for evil activities, I drove to a point and I perceived the Holy Ghost was saying to me, get down from the car and bind the power tormenting people in this place. So I did just that and declared myself blessed because I have come in the name of the Lord. Till we finished our assignments and returned to our own place the devil couldn't operate.

I am still convinced beyond any iota of doubt that many so called Christians are yet to realise that through Jesus Christ they have complete dominion and authority over the devil. Failure to realise this truth is the reason so many are running from pillar to post today, so many are falling into troubles. So many are being exploited by false prophets and teachers. My submission is that anyone over whom you are given such authority is at your mercy. So, the devil is actually at the mercy of the believer. Hallelujah!!!

To flee means to run away from evil or danger. It means to vanish quickly or hurry towards a secured place. This means a true believer is a terror to the devil, hallelujah! The word says when you give it to the devil he can't stand. What a revelation! It also means the devil wants to avoid true believers and their domains as much as he can because if he doesn't he is sure to have problems. Animate objects tends to avoid trouble spots. So you are a trouble spot for the devil. Hallelujah! However, like I have always maintained, you must be walking in the word and you must exercise your faith.

The question now is how do I resist the devil or put him on the run? You put the devil on the run by applying the authority in the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus said:
And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils...Mark 16:17a

If you understand and believe the above scripture then you can put the devil where he belongs, you can restrict him in your life, family and economy. You can stop him as far as your children, academics, finance, health, marriage, businesses, trips ministry are concerned.

From today, as you act, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, the devil shall flee from you, your results shall silence all haters and mockers. Whatever makes you hide at the sight of certain people come to an end. Where you have been rejected you will now be accepted. Everywhere they have looked down on you, you shall be celebrated there.

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
Deuteronomy 31:6

Life's challenges can be overwhelming. Sometimes you think you have put them behind you that's when new ones are staring at you. At such a time, we need to hear the Lord saying to us again and again: be of good courage!

Courage like we learned is not the absence of fear but being able to go forward regardless. Today, the Lord asked me to say to you: Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ receive the grace to keep moving in spite of those fears. Let me remind you that as a born again, child of God, absolute victory is in your DNA.
