Brother Maruf Yekeen is a Muslim brother who urgently needs a surgery(posterior cervical laminectomy...) at Orthopedic Hospital, Igbobi Yaba Lagos.

A couple of months back, we made an announcement that we wanted to develop an ecommerce website that would allow ONLY Muslims to be able to sell their products and services free of charge.

We asked people to send us pictures of some of their products,. Some did, while so many are yet to do so. Well you still have the time to do so till the 28th of this month. Please kindly send your products, cost, company name and phone no to [email protected]

Insha Allah, the website would be officially launched on the 1st of January 2019. It's absolutely FREE and it would be forever so. Once again, it's our own way of assisting the Muslim Ummah, and we hope you would make good use of this great opportunity to let the world put there know what you sell and let them patronize you. It's the first of it's kind for Muslims in this part of the world.

May Allah accept all we do as act of ibadah.

So far so good, we have been able to raise the sum of N15,000.00 for Idris habeeb’s operation. We still have 385,000 to go. We know it’s still a far cry but we would like to give special thanks to the two people who gave us this amount. May Allah in His infinite mercy continue to enrich you spiritually and financially. PLEASE HELP US SAVE IDRIS HABEEB

Asalam aleikum,

On the 23rd of November, I received a call from the PRO of Lagos State Public Advice Centre(PAC), regarding a 2 year-old boy, Idris habeeb, who has a heart related problem, and urgently needs a surgical operation at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, to correct the anomaly. His parents, has spent so much that they are now owing the landlord several months rent. According to the father, the landlord has even given them till the end of November to vacate his apartment.

At the moment, the parents are soliciting help from well meaning Nigerians, particularly the Muslim Ummah to help them raise the sum of 400,000 (Four hundred thousand naira) only needed for Habeeb’s operation.

Allah has said in Quran 3: 110, “You are the best nation rasied [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah...” Please once again let us once again prove we are indeed the best of mankind by coming to the aid of this small boy. And while we do this, we should also have at the back of our mind, this verse of the Holy Quran which says, “If any one does a righteous deed, it ensures to the benefit of his own soul…”(45:15). Whatever good we do, isn’t actually for that person but by implication meant for us.

So please for Allah’s sake, let us assist this little poor boy from dying.

UPDATE REGARDING ABDUL AZEEM AS AT 18TH OF JULY, 2018

Salam aleikum my dear brothers and sister’s in Islam.

The past couple of days have witnessed a Muslim sister and Muslim Students Society(MSS) UNILAG donating the sum of 1k and 2k respectively to the cause of Abdul Azeem, bringing the total so far realised to 27,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only.

Yesterday the mother took him to the Lagos State University Teaching hospital for another round of treatment, which included buying of drugs and their conversion to syrup.

We can't start mentioning names of all those who have in one way or the other contributed to saving the life of this poor boy because they may not like it. You know yourselves just like Allah knows you.

While this is still a far cry from what is expected to help perform a surgery on this poor little boy, we appreciate all you have done. May Allah in His infinite mercy continue to shine down His light of Rahma on you and your loved ones.

UPDATE REGARDING ABDUL AZEEM AS AT 9TH OF JULY

Salam aleikum my dear brothers and sister’s in Islam.

On the 6th of July, a Muslim sister (woman) paid the sum of N5,000 to the cause of Abdul Azeem, bringing the total so far realised to 24,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only.

While we are extremely grateful to all those who have donated to help save the life of this poor boy, what we have raised so far is a far cry from what we need. While the sum of 5 million naira is the total sum of money needed to successfully do a surgery to get rid of the hole in his heart in India, but for now we need whatever we could raise to help sustain his life pending when we can raise the huge sum.

The mother at the moment is squatting with a relation in Sango ota, where she just relocated making it even harder for her to be able to move around for assistance and most importantly for medical checkups for Azeem every two weeks at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital(LASUTH).

We appeal to well meaning Muslim men and women to please come to the aid of little Azeem. We are all he has and we are surely enough for him. Next week Tuesday, 17th, July is another round of treatment when his drugs would be converted to syrup again. Please for Allah’s sake let us all assist this little one to live. May Almighty Allah in His infinite mercy continue to shower His endless blessings and protection on you and your loved ones. And may all we do be accepted as an act of ibadah.

We are very grateful to all those who have called the mother to offer prayer and words of encouragement and more importantly to those who have offered financial assistance. In these hard times, it is not easy to even recharge one’s phone let alone transfer money to anybody. May Allah never forsake you when you need Him most.

LATEST REGARDING ABDUL AZEEM

Salam aleikum dear brothers and sister’s in Islam.

Today two people donated the sum of N2,000 and N1,000 respectively to the cause of Abdul Azeem, bringing the total so far to 19,000 (Nineteen Thousand Naira) only.

Today also, the drugs meant to be used by Abdul Azeem were successfully converted into syrup for easier consumption. The mother is expected to go back to LASUTH in two weeks time for the drugs to be converted again.

We are very grateful to all those who have called the mother to offer prayer and words of encouragement and more importantly to those who have offered financial assistance.

May Allah in His infinite mercy continue to enrich your soul and your “pockets”. May all our sacrifices in the course of this religion be accepted from us and in the end be crowned with Al-janat firdaus. Amin.

LATEST REGARDING ABDUL AZEEM

A couple of minutes ago, Abdul Azeem’s mother, informed us that she has been able to realize the sum of 16,000 this evening altogether. She said, an Islamic organization sent her the sum of N5,000 while some other persons also gave her 3,000.

May Allah in His infinite mercy continue to guide, and protect you and your loved ones. May your loved ones, particularly your kids be a source of joy to you.

We will continue to update you as everything pans out.

APPECIATION

We once again use this opportunity to thank all those who have so far come our rescue in the treatment of Abdul Azeem. We have been able to raise 8,000(Eight thousand naira) only. 6,700 out of this donation has been used to procure some of the drugs (to be converted to syrup tomorrow) that would be continuously used by Abdul Azeem
