Catholic Chaplaincy Centre (luth/cmul) Alumni Association (CCCAA) ...ONE BIG FAMILY!!! Everything is grace, everything is the direct effect of our Father's love. Everything is grace because everything is God's gift.

Whatever be the character of life or its unexpected events -- to the heart that loves, all is well.-St. Therese Lisieux. The Chaplaincy in LUTH/CMUL is a product of God's grace and a direct evidence of His love for all those who pass through the institution. It has been renown in producing health professionals who have a holistic sense of the love of God and neighbour. The Aumni Association was es

tablished to continue to reflect that love which resides within every member of the Chaplaincy (past and present). By the grace of God, the work He began in all of us would be brought to completion when we see Him face-to-face in His Kingdom.

BE A FRUIT-BEARING SEED

Let us reflect on the profound message of Christ's words: 'Unless a seed dies, it remains only a single seed. If it dies, it bears much fruit' (John 12:24).

These words reflect the profound truth of resurrection and new life.
Just as a seed must die to produce new growth, so too must we undergo spiritual transformation and surrender to God's will to experience the fullness of life and eternal grace.

In our own lives, we are called to embrace this truth. Just as a seed must undergo a transformation, enduring trials and challenges, so too must we undergo a spiritual journey of growth and renewal.

Through our willingness to die to ourselves, to let go of our own desires and comforts, we open ourselves to the abundant grace of God, allowing His love to bear fruit in our lives and in the world.
Trust in the promise of renewal and resurrection, knowing that through Christ's sacrifice, we are offered abundant life and the hope of everlasting joy.

Let us entrust ourselves to the divine Gardener, trusting that through our surrender, He will bring forth a harvest of blessings beyond measure. Amen.

Have a lovely Sunday ✨

With love 💕,
Friar Jude Igbo OFMCap.

If obstacles come on your way to your goal, like the blind man in today's Gospel, forge on even harder. Good morning.

Today, the Church wants us to reflect on the theme of inconvenience, trials & sufferings.
While making sincere efforts to relieve ourselves of them, we ought to accept them with faith and tranquility trusting that Him Who permitted them knows our needs even before we ask of them. He is our loving Father Who cares and knows what's best for us.
Remember that He chastises those He loves. And again, He will not test us beyond what we can handle. Finally, the author of Proverbs advices, "...if you wish to serve God, prepare for trials" but rest assured that Jesus will be with you every step of the way.
Have a great week! ...one Big family!!!

Welcome to our newest 'likers' and viewers!

This month of May is a unique one because it gives us the opportunity to reflect on the Father of Mercy (Jubilee of Mercy), the Spirit of Mercy (Pentecost) and the Virgin most merciful (May devotion).

Let us renew our love for God by asking Mary, the mother of Jesus (who is Mercy incarnate), to obtain for us the grace to dispose ourselves to the workings of the Spirit in us.
