TOTAL COMMITMENT TO JESUS

1.) Joshua 24:15 says, “And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

2.) We cannot separate warfare from salvation because true salvation puts us into direct conflict with satan. The moment we make a true conversion to Jesus, satan hates us the same way he hates Jesus. By identifying yourself with the Lord Jesus Christ, you have made satan your bitter enemy. When Jesus Christ purchased us, we became aliens to the things of this world. As a result, our heart is always in constant conflict between good and bad.

Doing something as a matter of commitment to God does not involve any condition attached. Your commitment and genuineness of faith must be tested because a man may confess to be a Christian but may not be such in heart. When your loyalty towards God is in conflict with money, position, relationship or comfort, you are likely to sit on the fence and become indifferent. Such was the case of the children of Israel when they entered the Promise Land. There was a conflict in their hearts between the flesh and spirit whether to give God total commitment or not. Joshua urged the Israelites to give total commitment to God. Therefore, no matter what happens today, make a total commitment to Jesus, for He is your salvation.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, strengthen my zeal and determination for you, in Jesus Christ’s name! Amen!

Today is good Friday the remembrance of what Jesus suffered for humanity.

You will not suffer again what Jesus suffered to offer you.

You will not suffer shame and reproach.

You will not suffer poverty and lack again.

You will not suffer sickness and pain anymore.

You will not suffer rejection and badluck.

You will not suffer or lack Divine help throughout your life time.

You will not die prematurely.

You will not lack good people around you.

You will not lack help at your needed hour.

Your brother shall be far from terror and affliction.

No more shall your enemy hindered your progress in life.

Your season of laughter is here,you will laugh again.

God will wipe away all your tears and give you a brand new beginning.

JESUS WANTS YOU FREED!

1.) Mark 11:25-26 says, “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.”

Many keep battling with stagnation, limitation, disappointment, and setbacks because they are victims of the trap of unforgiveness. The way of obedience is the way of freedom. God commands us to forgive, and we obey Him when we forgive others. If you refuse to forgive, then you disobey God. Forgiveness does not mean ignoring what is happening; it does not mean sweeping the dirt under the rug. It is being concerned about our offenders and their relationship with God. An unforgiving attitude not only destroys your relationships but also poisons your soul and robs you of your blessings.
