Everyone in a way or the other is clothed with a FILTHY GARMENT which can either be conspicuous or inconspicuous spiritually; when one is clothed with a FILTHY GARMENT,it tells that one has been dented in all ramifications, physically and spiritually.
Joshua was clothed with a FILTHY GARMENT in Zechariah 3:3-7 when he appeared before the Angel of the Lord which was taken off of him and was clothed with righteousness. FILTHY GARMENT is a reproach and distances us from God and excludes us from attaining that which the Lord God has in store for US.

THAT FILTHY GARMENT ON YOU MUST BE REPLACE BY THE ANGEL OF THE LORD FOR THE MANIFESTATION OF YOUR GLORY IN JESUS NAME.
